  1. Your demonstration of love, and tolerance, is shown in your choice of avatar, G D! It's such a welcoming face to behold.
  2. The only way gay marriage effects me is the fact that I know more about my friends, and family I like to be aware of the truth about things. People who go around like these three monkeys, can keep on going around like that, but not me.
  3. It seems to me that we, here in Georgia, want laxed law against public corruption, more than any other state within the United States. We allow the American Legislative Exchange Council to come to Savannah, GA, and hire armed guards to keep our reporters out of the meeting room. Sometimes it's time for the Feds to step in. I get tired of those son's-of-beaches kicking up sand, down here in Georgia.
  4. The Lobbyist union (ALEC) will have to get busy, The commies will out union them, CC!.
  5. ALEC makes as much state law as our legislature does. Atd, it a fugging union full of Corporate Lobbyists.
  6. Threatening to break your legs, is not as bad as choking you to death, or shooting you in the back. So, I suppose that is being friendly!
  7. Here is the declaration of causes for Southern States to secede from the United States. GEORGIA | MISSISSIPPI | SOUTH CAROLINA | TEXAS | VIRGINIA http://www.civilwar.org/education/history/primarysources/declarationofcauses.html#South_Carolina
  8. I find it to always be who defines reasonable that makes it a problem or a solution. Any time someone is to conservative, or to liberal, it's unreasonable. You can't reason without by-partisanship.
  9. I think it will help arm the people that scare conservatives, more than it will arm conservatives. So, in a sense, Walker may have gotten it right.
  10. The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday upheld subsidies available under the Affordable Care, thereby defusing an issue that threatened to dismantle the controversial health-insurance program and sending up the shares of health-care companies. Justices voted 6-3 to uphold premium assistance for Obamacare enrollees in as many as 37 states, affecting up to eight million people, ruling that the broader context of the ACA allows for subsidies in states that don’t set up their own exchanges. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=
  11. Scott Walker has no confusion, jenilyn! I don't think he cares as much as he pretends to care.
  12. Quick, shoot, then investigate what happened. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCYQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fthinkprogress.org%2Fjustice%2F2013%2F12%2F24%2F3102541%2Ffather-shoots-kills-14-year-daughter-saying-mistook-burglar%2F&ei=uUqMVcjxLMyjNqLHt5gJ&usg=AFQjCNEnJV7fNhHyk1tuTdgEDR0TiC343w&sig2=Krb3JKeazJHfDdoZHpM3WA
  13. Can you imagine a bunch of people reacting as quick as Scott Walker does, to a mass shooting in another state. What kind of phobia does he have, or is he just praying on other people's phobias, CC!
  14. We all have a certain amount of fear, but some people have so much fear they think if chicken little says the sky is falling, we should all run into the foxes den. But common sense tells most of us that it's only a sign that needs to be looked at with caution. There is not only Agoraphobia, like I have a lot of, but there are serious phobia's that has led to people actually running into the fox's den, like the chickens did, in the "Chicken Little" story. The whole country has been exposed to Xenophobia, throughout history, many times. It's known as the unreasoned fear of that which is
  15. Thank you, DVbP! I knew I had seen a jumping spider, before. Thanks for your expertise in digging the fats up. I tried hard, but couldn't do it.
  16. Abraham Lincoln was the father of the Republican Party, and Fritz Hollings, a Democrat governor, hoisted the Confederate flag in South Carolina. Old Southern Democrats didn't leave their party, orrby, because their party left them.
  17. You guys blame liberals for a lot more than they deserve, regarding global warming issues, or anything else. If some conservative gets mad at police, and plats some c-4 outside police headquarters, it's the liberals fault.
  18. That's what the East Germany side of the KGB believed.
  19. I remember communism being a big deal, when I was a kid. Now we trad freely with communists. Some people will conjure up stuff to be scared of, while puffing on a cigarette at the same time. If what scientists say about cigarettes don't scare them, global warming certainly isn't.
  20. Then it has to be something like a whip scorpio, satelite! . The giant whip scorpion is also known as the 'vinegaroon' or 'grampus' in some local regions where they occur. To encounter a giant whip scorpion for the first time can be an alarming experience! What seems like a miniature monster from a horror movie is really a fairly benign creature. While called a scorpion, this arachnid has neither the venom-filled stinger found in scorpions nor the venomous bite found in some spiders.
  21. Hobo spider, or Brown Recluse. It's some type of ARACHNID. . BROWN RECLUSE
  22. I am a free man, with ever right to sit anywhere I wish, Sir! I know how the Southern mind set works, I have lived here a helliva lot longer than you have. I don't want to change your mind. If you are like a lot of my huge Southern family, and friends, your own family tree got it's arse kicked out by it's roots. Many, and many, a person in Georgia asked me why I did not go to South Carolina: and, when I answered that we were en route to that State the invariable reply was: "Well if you will make those people feel the utmost severities of war we will pardon you for your desolation of
  23. Stepping away is not what to do when winning is at stake. A free market requires freedom. You don't go through your life working for someone else, in a free market, and neither does anyone else go through their lives working foe you, Sir! It's seems that a negative symbol speaks for itself, in a society. A Southern society was lied to, under the pretence that rebellion against these United States, was the thing to do. They didn't think all men were created equal, and that freedom in a free market didn't apply to all men. The Gettysburg Address »
  24. Some people call it mindset. They develop it as they grow up, and train themselves to believe that's what works. I call it being blind, and habitual, while some people call it doing what works. But, how's that working for them? I have people to tell me that it's working better for other people than it's working for me. Why would anyone go through their lives working more for other people than they work for themselves. Maybe that is the exact reason Georgia is #1 in laxed laws against public corruption. We are just a bunch of blind people with bad habits.
