  1. Tks y'all. I hate seeing something like that and never knowing the out come.
  2. Yesterday around 6:00pm accident looked really bad - it was the section of bus 6 - 278 at Clarks Funeral Home. I never heard or saw anything about it so maybe everyone was ok.
  3. I think Anony meant are there any more frequencies that should be put on one of the 10 channels on the scanner not actually 10 codes. I did have one for Clarks at one time I'll have to check out the scanner and see if it is still programmed in there, it seems like some other station was bleeding over it so bad that I locked it out.
  4. Bless her little heart and all your family. I hope all goes well. Keep us posted.
  5. Where is this located? Is it near Kimberly Assit. Living and Gas Inc.? I know the road was blocked from these locations west down to 278. Wondered what was going on with that!
  6. I am glad that, if it was an officer that found the person, that it was some one with a little experience (hopefully not related) and not a family member, that would have been so difficult to cope with. Just to sad.
  7. 10-44 is sucide or sucide attempt and complete means the person was successful, so I assume it was intentional. Man I just hate to hear of this. I just can't imagine being that distraught. Poor family. Prayers are with them.
  8. Just walked in and Paulding Co. SO was confirming a signal-48 10-44 complete. Don't know where but coronor was being called.
  9. You know there has been a truck there a day or two with the gas lid open, hope it is not the same one, surely someone (state patrol or PCSD) would have checked it by now. I figured someone just ran out of gas. Didn't see anyone in it in passing. Of course there are always vehicles left on the side of the road on 278.
  10. I am hearing for dot to set up cones so traffic can be diverted to other lane on 278 have not heard about 48 or not don't know any details either, if it was an accident, medical or something else.
  11. Not only did the truck knock a hole in Church but before it hit the Church it took down the Hwy. 101/Crossroads Ch. Rd. road sign. Had to be flying low to hit that metal poll then make it across Crossroads Ch. Rd, over a ditch and then into the Church. There is a hole about the size of a tire through the Church near the foundation. One was taken to Hosp in pretty bad shape. I haven't heard how the other person is.
  12. I know her very well and yes she has done it all and very well to boot. She will charge right in there and hang with or better than most of the guys.
  13. I heard on the scanner that she was plugging or unplugging some type of electric charger for phone or something and must have touched or put prongs in incorrectly. At least that was what I understood from scanner.
  14. Were they standing around shooting the bull or shooting a bull. Sorry just had to say that. Anyone ever see what happens to a vehicle and the folks inside it when an animal this size is hit it is not pretty. Think train.
  15. Rabbit Hunt Rd. is actually in Paulding County at the end of Holly Springs or Woodrow Kay Roads just off of Pleasant Grove which is directly off of 101/113. Hope everything turned out ok at this location. I know it is 5:39 now and I can still smell the yuckky smoke from my house off of Holly Springs Rd.
  16. I figure it this way, if the lizards are out running around the snakes are out crawling around, so be careful and watch your step. Remember it is against the law in Ga. to kill a non poisionous snake, if you do someone might call the SO on ya. HE HE another stupid call for them. Then again I am one of the crazy few who actually don't mind snakes.
  17. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I believe I also knew her if she was the same one that was very active in the Eastern Star. If so this is really a great loss of a very sweet lady.
  18. Have heard that he had suffer massive heart attack and passed away.
  19. This just can not be true, it is so hard for me to believe. My prayers and thoughts go out to all of this wonderful family. He will truely be missed.
