cobb has a scanner.. i think its scancobb.com not totally positive on that one though.. if you google them you can usually find them right off. I also know atlanta has one online too.. whew, that one is busy

Apparently the dog is already a jumper or a digger, so the owner probably did the only thing they could at the time. . tie it up inside the fence. I can see the logic.

Well I know the 911 phone call dispatch is true. I worked there for a while and that's what happened. You got a hang up, you attempted a call back, and upon either contact with the person to verify if things, or no contact, you dispatched the officer with your findings.
