To my knowledge the city has not annexed the airport into the city limits of Dallas ? Have they?? If not how did they legally run and pay for the sewerage? To my knowledge the airport is owned by Paulding County, not the City of Dallas? All I want is the sewer line fixed that is allowing sewerage to run through Sara Babb Park. Is that asking too much ? The court cases are filed at the Paulding County Court house and the Plaintiffs are ready to have those cases heard, Tell the Airport Authority the IBA and David Austin to have the cases heard. they are the ones delaying. All this could be resolved in less than a month.... Lets get going. There is no way that the IBA has the right to borrow more money to do a project than what the cost was to build the project, Use the excess to actually fund the M&O for the operation and to pay the bond payments. And when all of the bond revenue is used up simply tell the tax payers you pay the rest. ThAT MY FRIEND IS BACKED BY COURT DECISIONS.
