Sounds like an allergic reaction to something that is irritated by heat and sun. I know we have a reaction to something airborn, probably pollen or mold spores, that when I get exposed to it I break out in a red rash. Benedryl and a ointment the doctor gave me. A cool bath helps too but no wash cloth, that seems to irritate it.
The air cond. vents at Wal-Mart always set me off.
I'm not really a doctor, I just play on on Pcom.
past experiences always help me, i appreciate everyone's input.
