I have something similar on my iPhone. It tells me how many steps I've walked in a day and coverts it into miles. I walk at least a mile on usual days but on a busy day I can easily walk 2 miles and on vacation I walk 3-4 miles in a day.

I consider myself as post menopausal. I was perimenopausal at 43 and went on HRT at 45. My last period was when I was 50 so I was officially menopausal, still suffering the hot flashes.
