Thanks Pubby I found the file in by computer and deleted easy enough but it had also inserted itself as an extension on chrome but as a "managed file" without a delete option ! I had to uninstall then re install the browser to get rid of it !! Thank goodness for chromes sync feature. I have no idea where I picked it up from but 3 different malware programs did not detect it.

You were right, I have no idea where I picked it up from but after deleting it from my laptop I ended up having to delete and re-install Chrome.

In one of Pcom's post I clicked on an underlined word and found myself forward to a survey hosted by a program called "Lucy Savings". Now I see in every comment underlined words which if clicked takes you to the same site. Feeling a little suspicious I checked my computer and a program called "Lucky Savings" had been downloaded in my program files. ( a virus scan will not pick this up.) Is this confined to just my computer or has other members seen this link ?

You know it's really sad that our law enforcement has to waste their time on crap like this. (pun intended)
