  1. My point exactly. and that has WHAT do to with shutting down a series of high traffic websites? Will this bring the dead people back? Will it make the families of the victims feel better? Or is it more likely that businesses who cant access their sites, even for a 60 second period, and dont know about this now spend money on tech support and because of the expense cant afford other things like bonuses, benefits, or God forbid employees...
  2. Yes...people who run businesses and employ people...who work and bring home paychecks and pay bills and buy groceries for their children....costing businesses money by making them have to spend it on tech support which could potentially mean they have to cut benefits or worse...but thats fine...shut down your websites for a minutes. I am considerate of THAT fact. shutting a website down wont bring the dead back to life and their families will still feel like s**t.
  3. Sure am, and so are you evidently. You sound like a whiny emo tardmuffin to lash out like this. so I suppose were even. Why should I stop watching the news? Thats where weather and local stories come on; your suggestion is completely banal. Are you even stopping to listen to what I am saying? REALLY?!
  4. Oh wow...a penis size insult...here let me get all defensive...because I take it so seriously.... ...still droll.
  5. well the kind of steak knife would matter...I mean if they used the regular walmart steak knives then they would have had to spend a few minutes just trying to sever an arm, where as if it were a GINSU it could cut a penny is one fell slice! WE NEED TO BAN GINSU STEAK KNIVES YOU DONT NEED ALL THAT CUTTING POWER!!!!!!!
  6. I am sure there are plenty of prison bi**es who on their first day in the pokey wondered the same thing.
  7. well for starters having to listen to this rant of yours. Next having to see it all over the news. And yes there are people who will be inconvenienced by a minute of a website being down (which does NOT constitute a moment of silence as a website is not a PERSON) I am so sorry I havent spent every waking moment pining over the poor souls lost in the tragedy but I do have a life and things to do. And if that infuriates you..well...I DONT EFFING CARE
  8. contrary to popular belief the .22LR, while small and low powered, is still a deadly round, and is in fact responsible for the majority of accidental fire arm deaths in this country. Too many people do not respect this round and what it can do. Out of a rifle a .22LR round can still put out 100-200 ft/lbs of energy which is akin to being stabbed with an ice pick with each shot and with the minimal noise and recoil of a .22LR It's really easily to unload a lot of rounds, really fast. Not to mention it's the easiest caliber for which to make a zip-gun because its a low-pressure round.
  9. yes...because this tragedy hasnt inconvenienced irritated, and saddened enough people...
  10. You got cable? Only sexually...wait...doh! Or chicago for that matter...
  11. You never gave a reason behind posting this article you simply left it and said nothing. Second nobody here has said "This girl shouldnt be sad" or "F*** her!" we have simply stated he plea is not rational and not feasable. But just so you dont have to leave feeling wrong, allow me to be cold hearted to you so you know youre right... I hope you get a scorching case of the clap from a very hideous looking person. ...or does it make me warm hearted because I wanted you to be right? Such dichotomy!
  12. yeah its not the 5.56 NATO round that the Military uses. The rounds themselves are dimensionally identical but 5.56 NATO has MUCH higher pressures (you really cant even say its +P+ rated .223 because it goes beyond even that.) The chambering is slightly different between the two due to these pressures.
  13. So not just a a person affected by tragedy, but a ten year old affected by tragedy....those are the most rational good decision makers I know! Maybe you should let her make some investments for you or something there, Slappy!
  14. And I hope you dont ever give parenting advice ever again because I think you suck at it but we all know hope doesnt make it so. One word: Maginot.
  15. Ah yes and people affected by tragedy make such great decisions dont they? Im pretty sure alot of people in hindsight werent really happy about the patriot act....but hey who cares about rationale?!
  16. oh, well, theres a world of difference for you.
  17. Not sure how a study several years from now is relevant today either, what a cowinkydink.
  18. not to mention that recoil repeaters that can make a weapon fire up to 900 rounds per minute are perfectly.
  19. Ah yes another prestigious title...thats the one they gave to Al Gore, Barack Obama...but when it came to Mohandas Ghandi they said ...meh.
  20. ...Actually I believe, and I could be wrong, that he was making a penile inferiority statement....granted it was droll.
  21. Sounds like a control freak if you ask me.
  22. yes we couldnt have any of you young'uns being all "educated" and "Rational" that would just be absurd!
