No, I am trying to tell you that an estimated 45% of the insurance PLANS offered by large employers will become illegal next year. I believe that under this law small business is defined as less than 50 employees. 66% of those PLANS will cease to exist next year. Those plans will be canceled and the employee will, in some cases, be offered the option of buying a new much more expensive plan. 51% of EMPLOYER BASED PLANS will be canceled under the ACA, according to the Obama administration's own estimates. Some will purchase the new "de facto tax on the middle" class plans.

“The Departments’ mid-range estimate is that 66 percent of small employer plans and 45 percent of large employer plans will relinquish their grandfather status by the end of 2013,” wrote the administration on page 34,552 of the Register. According to the Congressional Budget Office, 156 million Americans — more than half the population — was covered by employer-sponsored insurance in 2013. Another 25 million people, according to the CBO, have “nongroup and other” forms of insurance; that is to say, they participate in the market for individually - purchased insurance.

Overlooked ? ? ? In other words Barry made sure most plans would be cancelled. This was deliberate and by design. The Obama administration wrote these very narrow rules on purpose.
