I don't post on here much, but when I saw there was a Cuban joint nearby, I had to go try a Cuban sandwich. Having eaten authentic Cuban food while working in Florida, I didn't get my hopes up. I met the owner, super nice guy and I can tell you, he makes it like the Cuban's do. The sandwiches were great, the blackberry cobbler was also great! I'll definitely be going back for more.

Our cousin and friend Sgt. Chad Eppinette of the U.S. Army served 2 tours in Iraq and was shot and received a purple heart but came home to an emotional battle that none of us will ever fully understand took his own life last July. He left behind a son, wife and family that miss him every day. We tried to get him help but the VA just kept throwing medication at him that only made things worse. I have knock out roses around one of my trees in the front yard and just bought 3 more to go around the okame cherry tree I planted last year that luckily didn't die. They have done really well but do you think they would do as well over there where they wouldn't get as much sun? I really appreciate your help

Thanks. Didn't even think about changing the direction of the downspout and we are re-mulching this week. It amazes me how thick you can do your mulch and how by the same time the next year so much of it is gone! So is there nothing that we can plant now? Do we just need to wait till fall?

Added this picture to show what I am talking about. The left side of the porch has lots of growth and the right side, nothing but day lilies and if you could see a little further over you would see that the day lilies get smaller the further you go to the right.

okay so for any of my green thumbs on here I have a question.... What flowers and shrubbery does well in highly acidic soil that is mostly shade. So far over the years I have killed azaleas, hydrangeas, gardenias, rhododendrons and a dogwood tree all in this one area of my yard. Needless to say I am about ready to call that area a dead zone and not plant anything else but it looks so lopsided cause the other side of the house where we get a lot of sun is doing well. Lots of day lilies and loropetalums. HELP PLEASE!!

We take our kids every summer and they have a great time. The water is not too deep but it is a good place to relax and let the kids play. It is family owned and they are very nice people.

Remove the valve completely and a metal recycle facility will take them, and probably give you a few bucks for the value of the scrap.

Agreed, they've done two cars for me and they both turned out great. Price was good as well, good people and good work.

For the 2nd time in a couple years one of my kids put something in the toilet. Called GLT again and they were out here within a couple hrs and got us fixed up. Their customer service is so good and the technician they sent out was very nice. After having some not so good experiences with contractors it is so refreshing to deal with a business like GLT.
