Our rental house was broke into yesterday, and they took the rest of everything in there, the washer and dryer, the flat screen TV built in the wall, and the stereo. Broke the french doors in the back. It that time of the year, so everyone be aware of your surroundings, and keep all doors locked.

I eat Boiled eggs in the morning alot of times, its high in protein, and keeps you full until lunch, and it easy, just boil while your getting your shower in the morning.
