I heard though it will still be broadcast via the internet so I'm going to still try in tune in that way.

Do you go to a perinatologist?... Probally would be a good idea to get a referral from your OB to get the extra monitoring if you can get it. To me sounds like it wouldn't be unwarranted... Also, if age is a factor that should be reason enough to see one.

Take it very easy... Drinking water will help. Could be a sign of blood pressure issues to come. Dr's sometimes take it to lightly as just a part of pregnancy. Extreme swelling however... I don't care what they say isn't the best sign. Though heriditarily you may be more predisposed. You need your feet elevated higher than your heart is something I heard... The only way this can be achieved is by lieing down. If you do develop high blood pressure you are suppose to lie more on the one side but it might help anyway. I recently gave birth and had an awful amount of swelling. I was induced at 36

Electric Breast Pumps Recommendations
smoothsailing replied to smoothsailing's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I'll consider it but it is more than I planned on paying. The Ameda Purely Yours is sold off of craigslist for $100 by several sellers. I'll look up info on the Medela though. Thank You, NP -
Electric Breast Pumps Recommendations

Yeah I don't know where some of these posts are going. Thanks to y'all with the recommendations. I will be further looking into the different pumps available. I had a manual pump with my son... Didn't work worth a flip. (Cheap worthless piece of junk someone bought as a gift unforunately it was not a good one... not to sound ungrateful) -
Electric Breast Pumps Recommendations
smoothsailing replied to smoothsailing's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I'm looking for one for 100 dollars or less with all the parts if anyone's selling. I was looking at the Ameda Purely Yours. -
I just wanted to ask the other ladies out there that are big breasted and breast fed. What pump did you use or would you recommend? I know that it needs to accomodate the size of breasts, but while I've read good reviews on some I don't want to waste money on one that will work poorly, because it is not made for the very large chested woman. PS I'm also looking to buy one like new if you are selling... Though I may buy off craigslist.

All I can say is from my own experience and others if you have a tragic birth experience Kennestone is not a good place to be... Sure as long as things are going fine, but the real test is if things are not how they handle things.

This makes me feel good about my decision to deliver at Tanner. I like the feel of it at Tanner Villa Rica... the 3rd floor being devoted to the maternity and it seems a comfortable and not a huge hospital yet up to date. I heard some of you mention Dr Vera. He is who I'm seeing along with a perinatologist also Tanner. Thanks NP

Thanks to all so far on the responses. Please leave out experiences with Kennestone though. I had a horrible experience with them and will never go back.

Just wanted to get back feedback from others that have delivered at Tanner Villa Rica or even Carrollton... and if you have also delivered at other hospitals some comparison details would be appreciated. Thank You, NP

I am a college student and I need to locate possibilities in which I can go in person to speak to different general or family practices that may consider myself to help them at their practice and to get in my clinical hours for the dental assisting college program I'm in. If you know of dentists in Paulding, Villa Rica, or Douglasville that are open Mon-Fri or have any info. that might be helpful it would be appreciated (I seek to go to one practice in which I need to go Mon-Fri). Thank You!

We were driving on Baker's Bridge Rd this afternoon and there was a wreck on Bakers Bridge Rd. There was a fire truck and ambulance. It appeared that a man was leaning into the car caring for someone that looked covered by a blanket in the passenger's side. I said a prayer. Does anyone know what happened?

Hello, I was wondering if any of you have your kids in gymnastics? My 8 yr old son is showing some interest. The most convenient would be on the South Paulding or maybe even Douglas County but if any of you could please recommend places that offer gymastics. Thanks!!!

Thank you for all your thoughts on this. I know atleast there is hope as a Christian that our loved ones are in heaven and we will see them again. I can know for certain my child went to heaven. He will never suffer anymore. I'm a very blessed to have my other boy. I'm getting info. on one of the support groups. It is nice to know people care whether they went through it or not. Though I have enjoyed helping others w/ things I have relied mostly on my own in the past to deal with things; It is an awkwardness I feel about joining a support group or sharing this, but I see the need for it for t

Hello, I was expecting and it was such a happy time filled with joy. It was anyday until he was to be born. Then, it happened the day I went into labor. I had been to the doctor the day before and his heartbeat was 130 bpm. Everything was said to be fine every step of the way. The cord was wrapped around the top of his head and around his neck. An otherwise healthy baby boy. We were all just waiting for that day for him to enter our world but he departed to heaven. I have dealt with loss before, but nothing as hard as this. I believe in God and I know that the Bible tells us that God can fil

Natural Gas Prices - COLD Weather on it's way
smoothsailing replied to Pseudofed's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I locked in at a fixed rate. I see that most of you go w/ the variable. I'm wondering have I locked myself into paying more overall because I locked in the rate and is it only beneficial to do so when you have high usage? I went with Coweta/ Fayette. So far my bills been pretty low, but now we'll be using the gas a lot more now that it is getting colder. Anyonelse, lock in a fixed rate... Why or why not??? I did so because I thought no suprises. -
We just recently moved from Cobb to Paulding. Schools were a big influence on where to move. We searched for a home in Cobb, Douglas, and Paulding. At one point I was leaning towards West Cobb or East Cobb...I know there are more high performing schools in Cobb in these areas and I was considering staying in the Cobb County School District because I thought it might be less of a change for my child with how things are done if he stayed in the same school district. I changed my mind about that though. I felt like my child is young and he probally could adapt better at his young age than if we m
