So from what ive heard the funeral will be held at North Canton First Baptist at 2pm Saturday and that there would be a viewing at South Canton Funeral Home either Thursday or Friday possibly both. No word on any times, i will post them as i get the information

Jake is going to be so missed. To know him was to love him. He loved life. Always grinning, always doing something. His passing will save lives as his parents have donated his organs. He was young and strong and so full of life. I told my son everyone who knew him, was blessed by knowing him and scarred by losing him. Please continue to pray for Jake's family and his friends. My son is devastated by losing Jake. There are so many in pain. Too young, too soon.
when we get details of the funeral we'll post them.

bad news-Jake passed away today around 1pm he had a stroke and was declared brain dead........this is my mothers account but my name is brett gloyd and ive done the last few updates on him, i visited him at the hospital today and i just ask that everyone continue to pray for him and his family

I have had several request for Jake's last name. He is Jacob (Jake) Croy. He is at Floyd Medical Center. Please continue to pray for him and his family.

Earlier this morning Jake was given a cat scan and the x-rays displayed that his brain has a large amount of swelling. There were also a few dark spots that reveal a bit of brain damage, but there is no telling how much it will effect him. He is still in critical care and is at risk of losing his life. He has still not woken up nor purposefully responded.

One of Jake's friends phoned me with an update. He is still very critical. He was breathing on his own but they put him back on the ventilator to be safe. Please continue to pray for Jake and his family. Jake is a great kid. He has a perpetual grin on his face and you just can't help but love him. I am still unsure of what exactly happened to him. He had sudden bleeding on his brain. The info I have is from my son and Jake's friends. Please keep them in your thoughts.

prayers are needed badly for a former East Paulding student and football player. His name is jake and he graduated last year.w/o going into detail he is in the hospital and is on life support. He has had emergency brain surgery and recovery is still questionable.Please pray for him and his whole family

be careful with a spot that looks like a pimple. A couple of the boys on the football team last year had staph that started with a place that looked like a pimple. Tell him not to squeeze it. One boy did and ended up with a serious infection.

When my cat had a UTI he did the same thing. The vet said they mistakenly believe the litter causes the pain so they look for something soft to go on. She should be retrained as soon as the pain is gone. Good luck

my granddaughter is 2 and goes to daycare. She has been bitten 4 times. She never bites back or retaliates. I pickes her up after the last time and I was furious. This kid bit her through her shirt sleeve and broke the skin. He left a huge bruise. They said he wanted the toy she had. I hit the ceiling. I told them he is not allowed to play with her anymore. Keep him away from her. The teacher was right there and said he bit before she could stop him. The next day she did not want to go back. I say if you can't stop them from biting they need to leave.

You need to get a title ran on the property, you want to know how much is owed in back taxes, liens and loans. My husband and I do this for a living. (run real estate titles) I'll pm you with some info.

try Michaels, i bought one for my grandaughters 1st birthday last year. It was unfinished so I painted it myself. I don't remember what I paid for it but it wasn't too bad. Turned out beautiful and its very sturdy.

Thanks! take some tissues in the car. I cried all the way home, all night and this morning. you spend a lot of time preparing them and then you arent' ready to let go. I am so proud of him and excited for him.

Congrats to your son! I leave Friday to go down to Georgia College and State to start my freshman year! I'm the oldest, so my parents are taking it hard that their baby girl is spreading her wings and leaving. Plus, I bet he misses you too!
Congratulations to YOU! and thank you. I know he misses us, we are a very close family. Be gentle to your parents, call them often.
Be sure you take some cleaning supplies. His dorm room was filthy. The summer kids didn't clean and apparantly the staff hadn't gotten around to it.

Oh I know how that feels
He will be fine, it's us Mom's who cry
we unloaded our's at Shorter yesterday, 2nd year.
I didn't cry this time
but there was another Mom who was. Her oldest and 1st time.though he is a nextel radio away, email's and 40 minutes
from home.our 1st game is in Rome against Brevard on 9-2
one of the other teams we are playing has to travel to california for one of their away games
can you imagine
gggzzzz it would take us a good week for that one 
How does he like he's dorm?
Our's moved up this year. He gets to share a bathroom with his roommate.
You know something else EPHSRAIDERFBALLMOM, everything we buy to furnish the dorm room, is not tax exempt.

thank you. He likes his dorm. He has a room with a bathroom in it, so he only has to share it with his roomate. The benefit of good grades! He's only about an hour and a half away but right now that seems so far. I did not let him see me cry.

Will we be watching him on TV soon?
Home games are played on CSS. I sure hope we'll be watching soon. HE has a really good shot at lots of playing time. We'll see. First game is Sept. 2 at Furman.

EPHSBIGBOYZ dad and I dropped him off today at Jacksonville State in Alabama! We are so proud and excited for him, now if I could only stop crying!

thank you lady raider. She's looking for an apartment right now, as soon as she figures out what she's going to do I'll post. She is so sad right now. She's 20 and this was her first place, her first things. Pray for her, she's so down right now. I'm so grateful she's okay. It was very close to a tragic outcome. She was sleeping and the smoke detectors did not go off. The firefighter said had her windows been closed the outcome would have been different.

if you decide not to use the school's photographer, you still need to keep the appointment they give you and tell them you are there for the yearbook photo.

we also did portrait innovations. We had to rent a tux and it was still cheaper than what I paid for my daughters pics. They do have the drape for girls though. We got tons of awesome pics. the same day for $130!
