  1. I just want to give these guys a big thank you! Last night our septic backed up into our washer and into the basement! YUCK! My husband got their number from Paulding.com, they came around 12:30 and they've already fixed everything (except the clean up, my job ewwww) These guys were so nice, they didn't even laugh at my wading boots. If it's been a while (if ever) since you've had your septic tank pumped, do it before you regret it. I wish I had. Give these guys a call. They did a great job!

  2. I am so proud of our boys, they never gave up! Sometimes it's just not your night. Congratulations on a GREAT season! To my son Senior DE #84 Bradley Gloyd I love you and I am always proud of you! Great year buddy, YOU ROCK!!!!!!

  3. If you are a PCHS fan you really should go. My son is a senior player at EP. Last week we played at Cherokee. It was senior night for them. Their stands were virtually empty. I felt so bad for their seniors. Don't do that to your team. Go out and support them.

  4. He did take a very hard hit.. from the BACK. It was an illegal hit.

My son watched it on film this morning, it was not an illegal hit. He got ran over. He's a tough kid. He did go back in.

Several of the EP Band Parents went to the Harrison Bleachers so we could watch the bands perform (we pay the same favor when at home). One of the Harrison Band Parents noted that the EP fans DID NOT applaud the EP band when they finished playing. Probably just the mood of the game at the time, but it was pointed out to the EP Band Parents none the less.

I know the EP fans ALWAYS applaud for us at home, as well as the visitors band. We all have to rememeber to support ALL the EPHS students, both home and away!

    Jacquelyn, a BAND MOM! :yahoo:

I was in the stands, in the middle and everyone around us was applauding.

  5. First, let me say my basement was infested. We bombed at least 3 times, possibly 4 I lost count! Didn't help.

I got this flea spray to use & it helped IF we vacuumed & sprayed every day. With 3 kids in school & a toddler, that was nearly impossible.

My son decided for some reason to spray Febreeze in the basement (the one for air) & guess what? FLEAS DO NOT LIKE FEBREEZE. They have packed their little bags & moved on! We had treated out doors with some stuff they didn't like either so (for now) we are flea free!

Just thought I'd pass this on - don't know if it's coincidence or not, but....

So now we are treating the cats with the capstar & frontline --

We'll see! what did you treat the outside with?

  6. My husband and I both grew up in Smyrna. I went to Wills, he went to Campbell. I went to Smyrna Elementary. The last year it was open, I was a 3rd grader. My mother still lives down the road from the where the school was.

I went to school with Diane Logan.

  7. Paulding County Foreclosures are in the Dallas New Era. They have to run for 4 consecutive weeks prior to the sale. Purchasing a foreclosure is very risky. You need to have a thorough title exam ran on the property before you buy.

  8. Jacksonville State University in Alabama is playing Georgia Tech today. We are heading to the game as soon as my youngest is finished with practice at EP today. There are two Paulding County boys playing for JSU. My son Brett Gloyd who played for East is a D.E. and Zack Walden who played for Paulding is the punter. Anybody else going?

College football tonight, High School football tomorrow night!

    GOOD LUCK #91!

    GOOOOOOOOO GAMECOCKS!!!!!
