I was so hoping that I indeed heard wrong which I know I did but the part of the exchanging of gunfire I know I heard. The caller did call in a 10-15 from ... Hardy Circle, knew the subjects, named them, told the dispatcher where to find them right off of Hiram sudie..the blank street on the left. Stated a threat of a gun, heard exchange of gunfire with a Hiram HS. student. This is what I heard. It truly is sad. I was so hoping they missed.

Okay I relistened to the scanner and blushing here and will never report anything else. But It was another call and it was in between knowing where the subjects were and another call was put in about the 38 year old male shot in head. Then it went back to going to the scene of the subjects that burglarized the home. She did state exchanging gunfire with a Hiram Hs. student. That I did hear.

Alexander is where the shooting occurred. Sorry its hard to keep up with so many different locations. The caller was from Hardy way or hardy circle and called in as a 10-15.

I may have wrote the wrong street down but I am confused of the distance still from Hardy way and the caller named the subjects, stated she heard the shooting but called from that address. Just got the Jeep cherokee occupied 3 or 4 times. At Nebo and Bill Curruth. Doing a felony stop.

It may have been a Hardy way circle but haven't gone back to the archives to make sure yet.

Hardy circle is by 278. Caller was from Hardy Circle with a 10-15. She named 5 subjects. They found the person at a corner by willow street corner. The Police were after the subjects around the hiram sudie area. I believe Willows subdivision is in the area.

Subjects were shooting at student. Sounded like exchanging gunfire but not sure. Police responded after the shooting.

183 what units do I have. Mentioned about 6 units in the area of Hiram Sudie. 125 is 23 in area of Hiram sudie. 166 too. Another 10-15 with 10-32 just called in another location which I believe I heard Cleburne Parkway. subjects in a White jeep Cherokee with 20 inch black rims headed toward the willow..subdivision.

Battalion 2 on scene. Ask if they have cross street. Closest to willow lane. Get Helicopter on scene. 23 in a hurry.

Update: THE PAULDING COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THERE WERE NO INJURED PARTIES IN THIS INCIDENT. THE INCIDENT DID INVOLVE SOME SHOOTING INCLUDING THE BACK WINDOW OF THE VEHICLE BUT AGAIN, NO PERSONS WERE INJURED IN THE MELEE. THE EVENT INVOLVING THE WHITE VEHICLE CONTINUES UNDER INVESTIGATION. Named about 5 subjects. Says gun is involved. Has shot the gun. Said one involved in the shooting is from Hiram High School. Units responding. Just exchanged gunfire with student. Subject was shot in the head.

He sounded really out of breath and could barely understand what he was saying.

The officer at my high school was the one to bring the child to Poole elementary. He stated the mom was not arrested.

in the initial report it was stated he crossed goldmine road.

So true that is what it seems like.....Child was transported now by officer to Poole Elementary. Also heard one officer 10-95 one female to jail. Not sure if this is the same one though.

Got the juvenile is transporting to mom's location. another officer put in that he told the mom earlier to put the child back in the car and she was doing so at the time.

Hey, this link didn't have chihuahuas on it. Now that is truly a vicious breed. Meanest thing I own that hates everyone but me. Yes she will growl at you and bark and yack. I am surprised that breed didn't make the charts.
