  4. My gorgeous 5 year old went to bible school tonight with his cousins and called me at work when he got home. So I ask him how it went, he said it was great, the music was awesome and he had fun. Oh and btw mom, I've got a new girlfriend!!!

Tell me how he's at bible school for an hour and a half and he's already got a girlfriend? They even danced, and he said he twirled her around.....

Wish me luck when he becomes a teenager!!! :)

Guess it wasn't a Baptist bible school.

  5. Caldwell and Upchurch -- Lawd........What about Coach Tulley -- left his keys in the car, with the car running.....Anyone remember Coach Godfrey? Mr. McMullen?

It was Godley wasn't it? My brother was one of Godley's Gorilla's when they won region or state, whatever it was, in 10th grade. Godley is in North Carolina now. He came down for my brothers funeral last year. My brother always kept up with him over the years.

    My brother graduated in '80.

  6. A couple of us seniors took Foods 1A in our senior year for a elective. We did it as a joke. We were in there with all these freshmen. One day we had a substitute who gave us a quiz. The next day Mrs. Hand was back and gave us all of us at our table F's for cheating, even my girlfriend (soon to be ex wife now) who could not see very well. We cheated off her, but she couldn't see us cheating off her.

I got in a shouting match with Mrs. Hand and told her my girlfriend couldn't even see to f#%$ing cheat and she should not have gotten the F.

Dave Lenihan didn't think it was funny either. I got a week off for that one.

    When were you at Pebblebrook?

Does Mrs Gospoderek's daughter still teach here in Paulding?

Graduated in '85. Moved back here from Florida for 10th grade. I was only gone to Florida for 8th and 9th grade so I already knew everybody here. It was like coming home.

Last I knew she was at Dallas Elementary but that was when my son was in 1st grade there, he's now a sophomore.

  7. I worked at the McDonalds in Mableton. Ken Massey owned it and the one at Cumberland Mall. I remember getting "loaned" to the Cumberland store all the time.

How many people got thier hair cut by Bobby or Tim Wilson? Tim is still cutting hair over in Austell. Bobby....well, I think he is a guest of the state of Georgia again. If you went into Wilson Barbershop while the Flintstones were on you had to wait until it was over to get your hair cut.
