If nobody came the publicity value would be, like your site, virtually nil. But we've got a large audience that is getting larger.
I think you would be surprised at the # I get. I don't even really advertise it either.Oh well. So if Pay pays for a commerce member ship would you let him post? or would you turn him down ? How about if I started a business would you turn me down ?

I am very proud of my southern heritage. I'm very proud that my ancestors settled in Jasper county Ms. I am very proud of the fact that they worked their tushes off to farm the cotton and tobacco to live. I'm very proud of the fact that even through the late 1800's and throught the 60's and even now, my family has been colored blind. They dont care WHAT color you are, you still BLEED red! Chris, Just because you are from the south and white, does NOT mean you are redneck. My daddy would spit fire if anyone called him a redneck. He's a true southern gentleman. He taught his kids that color was just that...a color. God didnt care what your outside was like. It was what dwelled deep inside your heart and soul that only He could see when the lights were out and you were standing all alone in front of HIM. He taught me from an early age that no matter what I did in life not to ever let "race" decide my opinion of someone. It is OK for blacks, whites, mexicans, jews, asians, arabs, and indians to have loving relationships and bare children. WHY do YOU beleive its not????? Because your "redneck" heritage taught you that??? I'm just trying to understand where your getting your beliefs from...that's all.

And you have a site, what if someone went on there and started showing you and the others disrespect? You'd let them insult you and everyone on your site?
No,I didnt say that,but what do you do when someone talks about you or something of yours? do you not get mad or angree do you not cuss out at them or something. You might not your a female but I do. When someone talks about me I get upset and mad (this is in person) so I fight back. this is all peopleon here do fight back when someone says something about them.
And My website isnt a fourm its just a website I was just saying I can say just about whatever I feel like it on it. But when I was a moderator for a chat site No,The bad ones got kicked out and or baned for if they did such things,but I done the same to all I treated no one driffrent when your a Mod you cant have friends,at least while online.

Home feild advantage.... I would have no problem dealing with him in a central location... without his followers... I am a woman, mother and dang hard worker. I stand for what I believe in... just not on that man's terms. I am not afraid of him. I am saddened by his decision to breed hate. I heard him speak (on here) and that is my opinion of him.

No one has any right to publicity. I'm beginning to think that you're being a pawn and used by 'them' to 'steal' publicity from me but it is certain there is NO RIGHT TO PUBLICITY ... (there is a post - #33 -- a bit earlier from Honkin... in which it would appear you were enticed to bring this whole subject up.) I also noted your use of "WE" in one of your earlier posts so this appears to be some sort of 'conspiracy' as well.
Why? Because some folks feed on being at the center of attention; thrive and demand publicity.
There is no right to publicity.
The funny thing is, though, Chris = and I've got to thank you for this = publicity is what is so special about being a member here.
You get to express your views and publicize them.
It is not nearly as obnoxious when you think of it in this context to 'cut someone off ... suspend them or moderate them but ... who has ever heard of the RIGHT OF PUBLICITY.
Anyway, that's why I can suspend his posting for his sign... because he has no right of publicity for his obnoxious views and since that is what I've got and 'sell' as membership is 'publicity' ... I can choose not to sell it or give it to him.
He still has freedom of speech ... which he puts on his roadside sign ... He just doesn't have a right of publicity here ...

I am not a part of anyone Pubby you know for yourself how many times has me and Honkin gotten into it? I have even Pmed you because of her before. I am just wondering why I keep seeing topics here about the same thing over and over and over. I have no idea what topic of post #33 is about, I do as I wish as long as i am allowed to do so,i dont do as others tell me to. I am my own person.

If I had acted the way you said then I wouldnt take them places with me when thereparents are to sorry to do anything with them. there parents are sorry and if not for others the kids would always be bored but I try to take them to the park to the parades to whatever I can since there moms not going to do anything with them. There kids They cant do anything about there moms choices.

Okay, Chris, you own a hotel. You had it built the way YOU like. You get money by having more and more guests coming in. One day, Mr. Meany comes in and begins being totally obnoxious, rude, insulting your other guests, basically being a pain in the backside.
Now, he is just hanging out in the lobby, hasn't even rented a hotel room. What are you going to do about him?
What if he had rented a room? Would you let him mess things up for your other guests? Would you let him run off your customer base and make you lose all your business?
You'd probably ask them to leave. I know I would.
If he wasnt renting a room he would be asked to leave,even if he was renting a room and was rude to others he would be asked to leave. But this one little man didnt do anything, it would in this story be the other guest who is asking and saying things to him..if no one said anything to him or about him then he would have no reason to say anything to them.

I've not limited Patrick Lanzo's free speech rights one bit. His sign is up and that is right to have it up.
I've simply exercised my free speech rights and as publisher of this site, I've simply said that when he removes his objectionable sign, he can post on here. It is my RIGHT TO DO SO.
If you think I should tuck my tail and let him spew whatever hate he wants here just like he spews it on his property, then you are seeking to deny me MY PROPERTY RIGHTS as owner of this site which ain't going to happen.
Lanzo can go start another site and you go over there he'll probably have a word filter that will change the word black to uiqqer and love to hate. I'm sure you'll feel real comfortable there but that is the freedom you have.
As far as the 'punishments' other folks get, we've had fewer than 6 people banned and they're from pretty much all across the spectrum including Lear Jet. 85% of the suspensions and moderation actions were because of prima facia libel and slander issues.
I freely admit that this action is not like those: This is a freedom of speech issue and I'm simply asserting MY freedom of speech here.
The issue with Patrick and Queen Lanzo is their communications regarding the hate fest on Oct. 1st. I'm sorry but the money for this site came as an inheritance from a man who fought the NAZI's bravely (in Lanzo's ITALY w here Lanzo's parents and grand parents were supporters of Mussolini) and was a leader in civil rights. In anycase I pull my values from father and I won't bend on this or let him down on this.
FYI: My great grandfather was also a captain in the Confederacy and his wife -- my great grandmother -- was a second cousin of Robert E. Lee.
Before you start talking about your redneck tradition, you ought to know that ignorance and racism was not the purpose or direction of RE Lee either.

Ok I never said I think you should let him post his rasict coments here or about anything,but if he came on here and didnt have people asking about the sign then stuff wouldnt happen.its not his fault that others have such a HUGE problem with his sign. If they have such a big problem then rather poston a site maybe they should take there butts down to his store and protest,whatcha think? then maybe they could get 100's to make him remove it and you wouldnt have to deal with it anymore.

Pubby has the money on the line and can determine whether a poster is going to cost him money or make him money. He can determine his morals and whether a poster has attacked them. It is his site and he can do as he pleases.
As for those who started the topics, they are not the ones who began attacking, using foul language, being downright obnoxious and making vague threats. So they get to stay.
But is is ok to attack them? So everyone who has money is allowed to attack us ones w/o

I rarely get into these things with you... BUT red neck is a term that has been made "ugly" by the very hate that motivates the people that we are trying not to talk about. Not Jeff Foxworthy.
What the term really originated from was when men worked hard in the feilds all day long and they had what we call now, "the farmer tan."
Your use of the word in it's context denotes the hate that people have aligned with the term you use with pride.
There is no real pride in hate. If it takes pushing others down to feel good about yourself (I am talking in general here) then you'll only ever be half successful... you may push others down for the rest of your life but you will never feel good about you... not ever. That is what hate does.
Remember hard work is good for the soul. If you wanna be a redneck... earn it.

I know you was specking in general but I have been the one pushed down all my life and theres only so much you can take. My gf has 6 nieces and a nephew there all Mixed I love them kids as must as any other kids. But I can still fell it is WRONG in my eyes for a white person to be with a black or a Mexican to be with a white or whatever.
Sometimes you can over look things for a good enough reason but still disagree with it.
I dont HATE anyone I just very much disagree with some people ways of life.

But the two didnt even start the topic,So why didnt the one who did get baned? There still here... I'm sure I missed a topic or two but the last topic I know that got so heated was started by someone else,and always some one else.Again Just saying what I know.
And you can even ask Pubby if he will admit it,HE said PAT L. Is baned UNTILL the sign is removed. How fair is that?

I never said anything like that.I have never attended a hate fest or a NAACP Rally march whatever they call them,And I really DONT care to.You say I am only trying to protect the one who said the NAACP was holding a march. She only stated they asked for a permit she asked even if Pubby knew if it was true and didn't get a answer. I have never said anything about this type of group other then they have the right to do as they wish as long as whoever lets them on there property if you have your own property I guess you can do just about anything you want to on it.

You can be mad if you want I don't really care, I don't need everyone to like me I have enough friends outside of this site,I come here for their news and for the ones i do like to chat with.Its ones who have double standards are the ones who makes it harder on everyone else. The GA State flag changed before my grandfather and father was alive?
My granddad was born in 1914. Thats funny I remember when the SOBS just changed that flag about 2 year or so ago thats the one I am talking to,You dont even know what your talking about.
