  1. Don't know about "State", but I know Douglas county is (or was) BY FAR the sneakiest, cookedest, and unfair county for awhile....I came through an intersection there on Thornton road about midnight coming home from work, got halfway through the intersection doing the speed limit, when the light turned yellow...When the officer came up to my window, I told her..."Now you know that was'nt even close"....She insisted on making me part of her 'quota' I guess, and I decided to try to fight it in court..."Room 4" I was told, and upon entering this "room 4", I was joining about 50 other people that
  2. We'll be attending the celebration that's taking place in Kennesaw tomorrow night (Friday). We have made it a tradition to atttend every year. The band called "Frontiers" that's playing, are a really good Journey Tribute band....If ya like that kind of thing....
  3. Congrats dude.... Me and my wife just renewed our vows in April, after we went through what 99,02465% of marriages would NOT have survived (Im lucky to have came out alive). With the help and directions from God for my stupid self, we have been on the road of healing and forgiveness, and our marriage has fluorished. We were married 17 years on the day of our renewal, and are both confident that we have endured the worst of the storm, and will be together the rest of our lives.....
  4. Yeah, but are they REAL fireworks?
  5. That, OR......A band called "Frontiers", which is a Journey Tribute band, is playing in downtown Kennesaw on the Third at the old train station...We went last year and I, being a HUGE Journey fan, was very impressed...They did some Journey songs actually BETTER than Journey! So it's basically ARS in Villa Rica (I guess), or Journey in Kennesaw, with killer firework display....We're going to Kennesaw....
  6. We take our children along with us on our bikes all the time....they love it...
  7. Bought a Honda CB650 from my neighbor, then upgraded to a 2005 Triumph "America" that I bought brand new for just under $7000. Showed my wife how to ride the old Honda, and she did well. Allowed her to ride my new Triumph, and she was hooked. Bought her a used 2005 "America", fully loaded for $5200, that was 3 years and about 15,000 miles ago. She attended the Motorcycle Safety course at Atlanta HD, and we have really enjoyed the bikes. We did the "Dragon's Tail" up in North Carolina this past weekend, which is 311 curves in 11 miles through the mountains. She did excellant, and has far excee
  8. Our 16 year old did the same a couple months ago...He was found a couple of hours later though, at a friends house...We called the Sheriff out, and was ready to find him and take him in, but we told them we did'nt want that, just wanted them to keep an eye out for him. The officer offered to come back and make our son aware of his "rights", which he did...And it worked....My son has been in line pretty much ever since....prayers sent...
  9. We flew in over "PUJ" (the airport identifier) yesterday in one of our 737-700s....sure was purdy, but desolate. And by the way, thats HangAr, with an A pubby...(yeah, Im one of those)...
  10. Where is this McFarlanes? Sounds good...
  11. I heard on the Radio this morning that Earl Small, of the Earl Small Harley Davidson dealerships, was killed in a helicopter accident yesterday...our prayers to the family...
  12. Probably not the same Steve Kish, but I grew up in Mableton in the mid '70s, and had a friend that lived in Castlewood Mobile Home Park over by Fulton County Airport, by the name of Steve Kish...he had a sister named Sandy, if I remember right...is this the same Steve Kish?
