Thanks Tabby but I don't have Internet friends. I'm almost 40 and a little too old lol. I meant numerous recent emails and texts from my ex saying I'm a great and wonderful mother. Before he was garnished at least.

Well he has been comfortable and spent a lot of time in my home for the last 5 years with my new Husband, step Daughter and new Daughter so if he was that uncomfortable he prob should have spoken up. Instead he waited until I had him garnished what was court ordered. I have so many messages and texts telling me what an awesome Mother I am. And he has always kinda barged in in our life so seriously, he has been fine.

I have never stated that I wanted to up the child support. I just wanted him to pay. So I filed for garnishment and that is when he hits with the custody case. I think the 150 is fair. This has never been about the money for me. I've never wanted drama with this Man and until now have covered my Son's health insurance on my own but it greatly increased so I have been forced to seek the child support that was ordered to help pay for medical almost 6 years ago.

Are the girls allowed to wear more glitz dresses or is it just natural? Also, we did the Miss Paulding Sweetheart pageant and some of the younger girls that didn't have much hair were allowed to wear scrunches with hair as a bun with light makeup. Would this be allowed?

Well, I am a little nutty J/K. I have always been kind to the ex. My Son begged to have him over for Xmas and thanksgiving dinners, Xmas morning brunch, lake trips, Christmas Eve services, dinner in Dec at west ridge ect. I think child support should be capped at 500 unless daycare is involved, diapers or formula. I'm sorry but after a child reaches 10 the cost goes down. No daycare, diapers..... I hope food and clothes do not cost 1000 a month!

He has always threatened taking custody if I filed. I never wanted to go through a big court battle and put my Som through it. I was lucky to be able to make it for this long without support but things have gone up and he needed to start helping out.

I have my Son during the week for school, he gets him Friday night- Sunday. So I have him Monday, Tuesday, Wed, Thurs, and Friday night until 6 and I pick him up Sunday at 7. When it comes to my Kids we can afford it. Even if that means draining a 401k account or selling my wedding ring. And I was married to this man for 8 years, he can pay the tiny amount of 150 a month to help cover the 250 I pay for health coverage.

Yep. I'm lucky I can afford it. I just need to hire someone good. I've avoided the whole court thing for years by just forcing myself to get along and co parent.

Not Kevin :-) My ex. He has not paid a dime in child support in 5 years so I filed. Health insurance doubled and I needed the 150 a month. When he found out he was going to be garnished he filed for custody. So now it is game on. I'm not turning over my Son with the only reason behind his filing being that he doesn't want to pay CS.

Baby Mama (step Daughter's mother ) had a stalking order on her. She broke it and pled to 1 year probation and community service. She was arrested but bonded out the same day.

A tree flew by a line of cars as we were pulled over on Cedarcrest near Seven Hills. It hit out of no where. VERY scary! So windy with hail you couldn't see!
