thank you. I am looking at more doing cardio.. treadmill, stairstepers and then weights. I need a routine and the only way that I can stick with it is do it everyday..

What first brought me to p.com was the people...Have met alot of great people on here.. and now that we have a detailing business it really has helped us out alot. when I detail a car I have my customers come on and give me an attay boy.. then future customers can come on and review them.. P.comn ROCKS.

I am wanting to Join a GYM and start working out to lose weight and get in shape. who has the best deals in town? trying to find one that lets you do month to month. I would love to find someone to work out with me. this is something that I have wanted to do for years. but I have just let it go. I am trying to find a new job. and most departments require alot of p.t. which at the moment I cannot do. So I am ready to bite the bullet and start working out and get in shape. I want to do this not only for me. but for my family. I want to stick around to see my kids grow up thank you marc
