AWESOME!! I will keep you all posted - I don't mind doing it outside but would like to find something indoors incase it rains or when winter comes. I am hoping to kick this off in September if not before.

I am wanting to start a FREE Fit Club on Saturdays for people of our community to come together and get a great workout in and bond with others who are on a mission to get fit and healthy. I have a passion to help others and I would like to find a place to hold this at least 2 Saturdays a month. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The post office does it for free when you do your application - that is where I had mine done - the post office in Powder Springs

I am looking for someone that could clean my house at a reasonable rate every other week I am a working mom with 3 kids and my husband travels all week for work. I am able to clean my home but not able to scrub and mop the floors with all the ball games we have we are never home but a few times a week. When I am home I don't want to be mopping and scrubbing bathrooms. If you know of anyone who is honest and reasonablly priced please pm me the information. Thank you

I know a Becka that goes to WestRidge Church - she is tall and has brown hair - age late twenties to early thirties and she has 2 children a son (3) and a daughter (6 mths) - she is super sweet and one of my friends. If this sounds like her let me know and I can get her information to you.

I went last month when this event was offered and it was AWESOME. You got to take Zumba classes from all the instructors at Fit U - along with yoga, boot camp sculpt class, and I think this time she is going to also have a Kick abs class - which is kickboxing and abs together. It is alot of fun !!! Everyone should try to come.

ZUMBA ROCKS - I have been doing it for 3 weeks and have lost over 8 inches all over. Shana is AWESOME !!!! I just had a baby 11 weeks ago and the inches are falling off thanks to Zumba. It is the best workout that I have ever done and I never get bored. I am addicted it to I want to Zumba everyday.

I have been praying all morning for them. I know she will do fine - God is with her, Maranda, and Shannon during this time.
