Some that I read seemed to get quite heated thats for sure. There seemed to be a few people that knew how to press other people's buttons and seemed to enjoy doing it.

Do you ever take a look at all the pages of threads in the Paulding Place, HH or Battles? They go back quite a ways.....very interesting read I don't know who some of these people were but DANG! I did notice there was a fair amount of drama back then -- almost as much as now!

That is not a good way to keep a customer -- relentless phone calls and postcards. Maybe a call to their corporate offices would help. I do not have service with them so that is all I can offer. Good luck!

Do I understand that you currently have service from them? and they are wanting you to change it? Maybe a call to corporate office would help. Otherwise, maybe a change in service all together might be in order. Good luck!

I just wanted to say God Bless you and your family. My heart goes out to you. I have a 4 children, ages 20,16,13,10. As a parent, one of the hardest things to do -- is to let them "go" to make their own decisions and choices. I applaud you for your compassion in this awful situation your family has been faced with. You will continue to be in my prayers.

I totally agree! I LOVE to DVR everything....then I can watch it and fastforward through all the commercials!
