Produce Day at Helping Hands will be November 16, 2021. Thankfully it won’t be raining. However, it will be real chilly! May want to make sure you have enough gas in your car! Drive carefully and stay safe!! Remember there aren’t any restrooms!! There aren’t any restrictions on Residency or Income, this is for ANYONE!!! Tell your Family and Friends, get there early!!

Well, they reduced his status and gave him a new Nurse but, kept him in the same room. He says he’s feeling pretty good but, he’s still not strong enough to get in & out of the bed very much. The get him in his chair about once or twice a week. And that’s it.

The General will be getting out of ICU today and going to a regular room. Not sure what time today, though!! Thank You All for your continued Prayers, Thoughts and Well Wishes.

That should be a LOCAL Decision (IMHO ).... WATCH this VIDEO....
Gov. Brian Kemp should NOT have opened the Beaches!! There is a "Shelter in Place" in force and it should be JUST THAT!!! Going to the beach is NOT Essential!!! Therefore it should stay CLOSED!!!

Parks, apparently where there are also playgrounds for the kids, are closed because the playground equipment, picnic tables and pavilions are or could have been reserved and rented before the covid outbreak even for events happening next week or the week after.
To break those contracts the parks, pavilions etc. had to close when the emergency orders were given. This act of closing parks is further official effort to dissuade folks from congregating,
Trails, which typically don't have pavilions and picnic tables, usually don't have fences along them and so have open access like public roads.
Law enforcement is as aware of the issues with covid-19 as are we all. They are going to observe social distancing with those who are showing that kind of behavior on trails or walking on sidewalks or just down the shoulder of a road.
OTOH, if you're hosting a rave for 50 friends - even in the country - then LEO may intervene and break up the party. But you can probably avoid arrest not because such an epic display of stupidity isn't worth documenting but because no one in LEO wants to throw dozens of IMMENSELY STUPID PEOPLE (who are probably infected they're so ====> STUPID <===== ) into the confines of a jail in the middle of a pandemic.
Well Said!!

I have a different option when I change from the horizontal view to the vertical view. The first pic is the Vertical and the second pic is the Horizontal. Notice the Red Circle.................... Notice the word “create” and the “newspaper” symbol? At least I think it’s a newspaper symbol. What makes it different? Other than me changing it from Vertical to Horizontal? I now realize I posted in the wrong forum, forgive this old lady, please. This is on my iPad. I don’t know what it is when I’m om my laptop. I hardly use it anymore.

I pick up the Produce from Helping Hands for some homebound people and deliver the produce to them. I don’t interact with ANY of these people. I leave at their front porch or just put it in the trunk of their vehicle. I’m not exposed nor are they! But, it’s my pleasure to be able to do this for them!! Gotta Love The Elderly!!

We’re good so far and we don’t plan on getting it, either!! As is no one does but, I try to wear a mask while I’m out and I do have gloves if needed! Hubby tries to stay away from everyone!! If we need something from the store, he’ll drive and drop me off at the front door. I’ll just run in and get what we need and he’ll pick me up at the front door. If we need something from Sam’s, he may come inside with me. But, we stay home otherwise. We still have Dr appts to go to and that’s a must. One of my Dr’s is doing what they called a “Web Cast” call. It’s kinda like a FaceTime call. But, can’t do that for my allergy shots. I can’t go without them, either!! Stay Safe Folks!! Practice Social Distancing and try to stay home as much as possible!!!!

Thank You, it was good talking to you, too. Our New Normal? Am I missing something? Are we in a “Shelter In Place Order?”

It’s been several years since we’ve been but, their food was good. We just don’t go that way, very often.
-
We’re in the New Ga area and would be available to make a grocery store run, if you just don’t feel like getting out! Just send me a personal message.

Have you checked for mold in the home??? White mold, Black mold or Pink mold??? Check your crawl space, attic or basement. Whatever it is that you have. That’s just a thought. I have a Niece that had mold in their home, it affected her husband but, not her. Their homeowners insurance fixed the home but, it almost killed her husband!!! He had to be out of the home for about 6 months. It’s nothing to play with!!!
