The sound system is provided, but the instruments aren't - however sometimes people borrow a guitar from someone else who is already here. It's pretty informal; you don't have to sign up or pay or anything like that. No. The police were indeed called for a customer that refused to leave once they were cut off from any more alcohol sales. After being escorted out, he again refused to leave the premises even after the threat of having the police called. The police did in fact come, and arrested him. There was no fight of any kind, and certainly no injuries. Thanks -MacFarlane's
