  1. Lucky64, I am not trying to talk down to anyone and apologize if it seems that way. I am just trying to get you to look/search the facts and backgrounds so you will make a good decision. okay?
  2. Go to Cobb County Police. Request the information under the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) Check the years of 1998, 1999 and 2010, on all 3 of us (candidates). It's free
  3. Isn't the "big money" the problem? Glassdogs, I think you should definitely vote for Paulette
  4. It appears that some view the "most qualified" candidate as the one who has lived in Paulding County at least 20 years or more "Looking over the canidates it boils down to reality, who is best qualified for the job." If this wasn't the case, without a doubt, I would be the most qualified candidate. (But then again, that's not what your really interested in) The truth will help me get votes. Look at the facts. Open your eyes.
  5. Obviously your Darth Vader Helmet is obscuring your sight. Do a background check, like most employers do, on all three of us (candidates) and then see if this is who you think represents the make-up of District 19.
  6. Garland, No, absolutely not, I am referring to what I view as the Obama Administration's policy. With that said, I want to emphasize the importance that we should respect President Obama as our Leader. I did not vote for him and will not vote for him, but he has done some good and you would have to be a RushL 'head up your ass", follower to think he has done no good. I agree with RushL on most things but he (RushL) doesn't have a clue about being knocked down and needing someone to help you up, at times. He (RushL) panders to those with deep pockets to keep his business (advertising) dollars
  7. Laziness comes in all colors and in all political parties, both mental laziness and physical laziness. Those that use the phrase "watch out for those darkies" are mentally lazy and racist, in my opinion. You're right Postman, those that use that phrase are the ones who are robbing us blind and using diversion to accomplish it.
  8. NewsJunky: One more time; I have and would never have any intention of changing our Republic. That has never been what my discussion is about. My intention regarding "Progressive change" has always been related to the unethical, corrupt behaviors of some Government and Business Leaders and the ignorance of constantly raising taxes, while we keep pathetically wasting what is already collected. It currently falls under that "Share the Wealth" garbage, which is no more than laziness crying for more dollars from those who work their asses off! Progressive change, has to do with changing our
  9. former member, I failed to answer your very first question, "So did God put Obama in office and mustn't that show God wanted him there? That's totally off the topic but I find it quite incongruous." My answer: He absolutely put him there. God can use instruments to punish a nation just as He can to bless a nation. I'll leave the rest for you to answer.
  10. former member, 1st question: No, to the gas tax, we already have plenty for "future projects", we just need to stop wasting it. 2nd question: Educational vouchers would make public schools clean up their acts in order to compete. 3rd question: Public transportation is very needed for energy conservation and those who can't afford an automobile. Again, I don't think another "SPLOST" is the answer. Government waste and corruption is the problem and solution for these funds. People like myself will strive to expose and report them to the FBI and the US District Attorney, those (many) government a
  11. Glassdogs, " PROGRESSIVE CHANGE" is exactly what this conservative "die-hard" Republican will bring to Paulding. It is exactly what is needed and no other candidate, can bring it. My offer to buy you lunch has nothing to do with buying your vote. I don't need to buy your vote, but I do need your vote. Here is the way this election is going to turn out. Are you listening? Regardless of how much money Melissa, Paulette or myself has to spend on this campaign, regardless of how long each one of us have lived in Paulding County, and regardless of the connections we each have, God will put who
  12. Glassdogs, you may be right, but I growd up in Alabamer and can spell "tater". This political life is pretty nasty. I've been called and embecile, idiot and now dummy. I've got feelings
  13. stradial, I'll be at Baby Jane's at 1:30 for lunch tomorrow. My magical powers will prevail. I'll introduce myself to you on the first try. For the record, I know it and you know it, that even though I can be a pain in the ass at times, I will be the best candidate to vote for and the best candidate to create a positive change for Paulding.
  14. HiramGirl, These exchanges are so very healthy and American, even if I lose the race, which I won't. Yes, sometimes I can be an idiot, but I always try to learn from it, and try not to do it again.
  15. Glassdogs, from the few exchanges we've had on Paulding.com, you don't know me well enough to say I am "very weak". I have a set, plenty big enough, to make a significant change (for the good) in Paulding and Georgia politics. I may be wrong, it won't be the first time, but I think God has been preparing me for this, for the last 51 years. If I'm wrong, then I may be greeting you at Walmart come August, I'll learn, probably be a little sad, and then continue to move forward.
  16. I, in no way, am trying to be insulting and am sorry if I came across that way. I never lose my temper, and only view this as a healthy exchange of views. I am wrong at times; I fail at times and do sin every day in some form or manner. Thank God for Ephesians 2: 8-9, (my favorite verse). Politics and Religion, in my personal opinion, always go hand in hand. With that said, as a Representative, I can and will protect the rights of ALL U.S. Citizens.
  17. Stradial, I think it would be appropraite for You, Glassdogs and Newsjunky to form a "SuperPac" for our District 19 Incumbent. I can tell by your demeanor it would be a great fit. We all know we should save Paulding County from anyone like me, that can cause progressive change. As Obama said "Everything is Fine". BTW, I will buy any of you lunch at Baby Jane's next week.
  18. It is very obvious who you are voting/supporting. "Birds of a feather" Diversion is a tool often used by individuals with knowledge, but lacking in wisdom
  19. The scary part is that when I need to be re-hired as a Teacher in August, this very post may prevent any school Administrators/Superintendents from hiring me.
  20. I had posted the following in my "about me" section. I can assure you this is exactly what I have experienced, while attempting to seek help for abused children, from different government entities and will place priority on exposing this. "As a State of Georgia Certified Teacher, for the last seven years, Michael James has personally and voluntarily visited, on more than one occasion, the offices of the United States District Attorney for the Northern Districtof Georgia, the Fulton County District Attorney's office, the Fulton County Sheriff's office, and the Cobb County Police and Fire Depa
  21. “By popular usage, however, the word "democracy"comes to mean a form of government in which the government derives its powerfrom the people and is accountable to them for the use of that power. In thissense the United States might accurately be called a democracy.” With that said, yes we have always been aRepublic, but the use of the word Democracy to describe Her movements/functionsis not in error, and 99.9% of Americans understand this without the need forexhibiting historical intelligence to exalt oneself. In a perfect world, theminority should always be protected under our Republic, but t
  22. Take a deep breath,….. now release. Is that better? I'm going to help both of you. Focus on a candidate that can stop the drugs, improve safety in our schools, bring business to our county and restore faith in our somewhat corrupt, apathetic and unethical city, county and state government leaders. He or She may be a Republican, a Democrat or an Independent. In all sincerity and humility, for the District 19 House seat, I promise you, I am that person. I do care about both of you, regardless of your support and truly want the best for Paulding County, regardless of whether I win, lose or run o
  23. I'm sorry you both feel that way, but I'm not really seeking Democrats votes. Maybe in August a Democratic candidate will meet your simple expectations, aside from today's real issues Paulding County and Georgia face. Thank you for the exchange.
  24. If I lost you on this "one", then I never had you. Choices, that is what makes our Democracy so great.
