I just looked on the website and noticed the half off your first visit is not available anymore
. But they have a $20 offs, which would make the first apt only $60.00. -
So, $90 a month includes the Dr. visit AND the monthly medicine?
And, since I have no insurance, about how much was the lab visit?

I have no insurance either, which really sucks, but the lab visit is included in the first vist.

if you go to the website you can get your first visit half off, so you only pay $40. They tell you about the diet and how it works and send you to get lab work. To see if you have any health problems, that might make you gain weight, ect.
Then the next visit you pay $90 for the medicine they give you and to check in with the office, and that’s it. You pay $90 a month. You still eat all the regular food you just watch what you eat. It has been great for me so far. If you would like to go, let them know Hollie Sullins sent you and I will get a free month after I send 3 others.

They're workout videos. I LOVE doing them. They're really upbeat and energetic!
Google it....you'd probably like it too.
It takes a few times to keep up bc it's pretty fast-paced, but since you do it at home, there's no one to laugh when you mess up!

I lost 7 pounds on Dr. Vitkins diet. I started last wed. and as of today I lost 7 whole pounds. Wow, I am so happy. I didn’t really think I would lose that much already. I figured it would take months, but it didn’t. I just had to tell someone one my good news

Stiga is the lexus of table tennis. If I had room, and the kids were still young, I'd be all over it. Good luck with the sale, someone is going to get a bargain. Beats the heck out of Wi and video games along with great exercise.
Ya it is a good family game. Kids love it. I just dont use it , and need the space back.

The 28-31 pants/shorts - will they fit a boy that wears the 14-18 husky size? Are the 14-18 husky shorts, pants or both?

No, I'm sorry I don't. I would recommend Ebay. Lots of collectables for sale there.. Also you can check expired listings to see what the item sold for to get an estimate of what they are worth.

I have three over stuffed trash bags filled with boys clothes. Sizes range from 14-18 husky and even some 28-31 in pants/shorts. I have brand new Old navy shirts never worn, and many other shirts and sweaters for sale. Most of the shirts are from M- XL in young boys. I even have short sleeeve tank tops and shorts. Would like to sell all three bags for just$30.oo.

The stamps are really cool. I have only a few I have saved.. Some from the 1st war in the ME with the camel stamp and just a few more.
Do you know of a stamp collector around here, I might take my stamps too?

I remember when the 4 cent stamps doubled to 8!!! We thought it was the beginning of the end of the world...
I miss getting letters in the mail.
Ya its crazy that we are spending 42 cents a stamp right now, and it is going up in May again

Rather than be alert and cautious, folks here seem to be quite eager to hang soneone.
There are two sides to this.
As we know, the guy is very talkative and tends to ramble. He probably thinks he's being friendly. He is back in the neighborhood to pickup a desk and along comes a young kid about the age of those he often deals with in his job as janitor at a school system. Not realizing that his actions are going to be totally and utterly misunderstood, he engages the child in conversation about the puppy he brought along.
When the parent(s) of the child see her and the puppy out of of the window ... and their daughter freaking ... the guy too freaks and leaves; ignoring the desired good deal on a desk.
There is an exceptionally good chance that the guy is ultimately innocent ...even if he did leer at AGG ...
I.e. while I never ignore the feeling that something is amiss ... not right (see the political topic about the eagle) ... I will also admit that it all could be quite innocent as it is easy to run off in a particular direction that ultimately would not be supported by the facts.
Indeed, for a specific case ... consider that for most, Leo Frank, the manager at the Marietta Pencil company, was the last one to see Mary Phagan alive ... and the hysteria was so intense that the town fathers of Marietta played vigilante and hung the guy only to make International news.

hope you were not deterred from future posting....Rules & OPINIONS are different, so don't think everyone feels the same....I too will leave for some time & forget there was something I had posted....and some only have internet service at certain times, and can't post except at those times...don't worry & enjoy...

Recipe for Homemade Diet Ice cream

I found an awesome homemade diet ice cream, I thought I would share. It actually tastes good. I have eaten it every night since I got it from Dr, Vitkins. I wasn’t sure about the heavy cream in it, I didn’t think that could be really a diet ice cream, but you get a little work out in your arms shaking the bag. Try it and let me know what you think.
Ziploc Ice Cream
1 Tablespoon artificial sweetener
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup heavy cream
6 tablespoons Table Salt
3 cups ice
1 sandwich-size Ziploc bag
1 gallon-sized Ziploc bag
In the sandwich bag, combine the sugar substitute, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Seal the bag and shake lightly to mix ingredients. In the gallon-sized bag, add 3 cups of ice (or fill half the bag with ice) and add 6 tablespoons of table salt.
Place the sealed sandwich-sized bag into the gallon bag and seal the gallon bag. Shake the entire contents for at least 4 minutes (shake longer for harder ice cream). Once desired hardness has been achieved, remove smaller baggies and rinse thoroughly with cold water (if you miss this step you may wind up with salty ice cream!)
This recipe makes about ½ cup of ice cream
