Please let me know if anyone knows of a Ladies Road bike or Hybrid bike for sale. Undamaged and well-maintained. Or a good source for a used one - haven't had any luck on Craig's List or at the bike shops. Thanks.

Are there any yoga studios in Paulding County??? -
Hi, Thanks for your contribution to this topic. I sympathize with your husband, and can recommend good doctors who FIX a problem, rather than masking it. They diagnose, not treat symptommatically. The first are neurosurgeons: Dr Murray Robinson and Dr Paul Hartzfeld (St Joseph's) who specialize in back surgeries. The other is a cracker jack neurologist Dr Carl Billion (Rome). In 7 years I saw two pages of doctors until the last one wanted to send me to a pain clinic. After a procedure I am off all meds. Just giving you something to consider and some hope.

I'm passing along this article from today's NYT. Although there is money to be made in drugs - both street and prescription - the growing volume of this problem is mind boggling. This is just like the housing fiasco - soon we'll all be paying dearly for it. It would be more constructive for society if users availed themselves of less destructive ways to relieve pain, deal with their problems, or get thrills. Law enforcement members, DFCS workers, and others who must look at these faces are brave souls. Sorry about the rant, but I have seen those faces too, and it's a painful sight.

There are good doctors in Villa Rica and a new clinic near Rose's Store. If you need medical records from a doctor's office, contact MAG (Medical Association of GA)and they should be able to tell you how to obtain them.

Good place to round up responsible roommates?

If you're not into an apartment already, I may know of a responsible woman willing to accept a houseshare. PM me if interested. -
Someone asked me these questions and I don't know the answers, never having worked in Human Resources. The first: When listing former jobs, does a person list ALL jobs or only those during the past ten years??? Especially if there is no way to add a resume. Next: If there was an involuntary departure, is that listed or omitted, will it show up on the employment history of a background report? It's strange that human resource people do not agree on those answers.

FreeBird, I know you have a smile on your face. Congratulations!

I have to agree that this is a sad situation for everyone involved, and poor target for jest. Earlier this year I attended a meeting to hear a lobbyist discuss some environmental issues (yawn). It was so amazing to hear him discuss this situation in front of the group, naming names. "You don't impress me much"... as the song goes.

I don't think the monorail should be discussed here. Don't forget, the tunnels were the reason many people chose Paulding County over Decatur, East Cobb, and Dunwoody. We are so progressive!

The doors were locked and it wasn't completely set up at 7:15. No responses about going back later please, there are many ways to take away our right to vote. The radio advertises voting from 7AM to 7PM.
