Get a brown paper bag , coat in with a stick of butter.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, and any other seasonings you want, to the bird and the inside of the bag.
Put the bird in the bag.
Put the bag in a foil pan.
Put a small mark on the bag where the pop up timer is.
Fold the bag under to close it, and cook like normal.
After about 2 or 2 1/2 hours, cut a slit at the mark that you made, so you will know when the timer pops up.
When the bird is done, cut the bag in half and pull it away from the turkey and dig in !
