  5. Thanks to you all! I didn't do it for myself, it was to raise money for cancer research. BUT, I did benefit from the crazy exercise. That much activity will whip anybody into shape! Oh... also thanks for the Mayberry!! I feel so special!
  6. Yep! I did the triathlon! It was the hardest athletic endeavor of my life, but was so incredible! We wore our Team in Training purple and we were cheered for all along the course. It took me almost 4 hours, which is terrible in the tri world, but I finished! At some points along the course, the only thing that kept me going was the picture of one of my staff members, Liz, that I had taped to my bike so I could see it every time I looked down. During the swim and run, I thought about how many horrible days she and my friend Amber and their families had. The muscle cramps and 4 hours on t

  15. Shazam - listens to and then tells you the artist and title of any song that's playing Pandora - you put in the name of an artist you like and it will either play that artists songs, or similar artists, whichever you want urbanspoon - helps you pick a restaurant based on either type of food, price, location. 16. I'm going to help organize a pig roast and there are a few things that we need and I have no idea of where to find them. So, as any smart person would do, I'm turning to my friends on PCom to help me figure this out! If you have any other pig roast ideas, pass them along as well. I need to find: Chicken wire (Not galvanized steel)-------->I think I can get these from either Bailing wire (Not galvanized steel)---------> Home Depot or Tractor Supply burlap sacks/sheets Fist-size or bigger rocks. Banana Leaves Dry Hardwood Thanks so much!!!
  17. Just curious... What makes a Chi hair dryer so great? Is it best for people who use a flat iron? What about those girlies like myself who have a REALLY short haircut? Or, is it something that benefits long hair? Sorry about all the questions, I just wanna know more about this hair dryer. Thanks Ms. Peggy! I will be calling soon to get my appointment with Carmen. It's almost warm enough for flip flops!! Yippee!!!
  18. As always, those pics are beautiful and quite amazing! I'm still learning to take pictures of teeth and limping along at that... Maybe that Dental Photography course I took at the dental convention today will help me with that. We'll see! I hope one day to have even a touch of the talent you have for capturing such great photos, even if they are of teeth. Oh, and I can't wait to see your pics from Brittany's wedding. She told me the other day that she chose you for her pics... I'm so excited for her!
  19. I liked their food too the 2 times we've been there. But, both times the waiter we had made our experience a little strange. When we asked for water to drink, he jokingly said, "is toilet water okay?" Then, when he refilled our water glasses, he tried to make funny comments about toilet water again. I know he was just kidding and trying to be friendly/funny. But, it was awkward. Who wants to think about toilet water when they are trying to eat??? I wonder if he's still there... I might go back if I didn't have to have such a strange experience!
  20. The counties scrolling at the bottom are for the "weather alert."
