    I just picked up a ring from Criterion Designs made into a ring from my deceased wife's charms and my wedding ring. Their suggestion when I went to add 1 charm to the face of a new ring.

    Riley just returned my truck detailed. It is 4 years old and I have practically lived in it. I now can read the dials, what gear I'm in and I just realized I have a clock in the truck. I don't usually pay somebody for something I can do but this was worth it by far.

    I am a Realtor and know some about the housing values. I had an appraisal in March for a refi and it was $50,000 less than the county valued my property. The appeal Board said my appraisal had to be for January 1 and not in March. The county went up $12,000 on the value of my property this year. PS: I have the time and money to fight this.

    I have appealed the Fair Market Value of my property taxes. Now the Board of Equalization has denied my appeal. The next step is Superior Court appeal. Has anyone gone to Superior Court on this. An attorney is not needed at this point.
