dentist is saying his permanent teeth are coming in and his baby teeth need to be extracted. We just went in for a routine checkup...was shocked the the news!! -

Dentist is saying I need to have 7 of his baby teeth extracted and I need to meet with an oral surgeon...anyone have this happen to them?? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
