Just my opinion, nothing else, so don't 'bash' please.... First, I understand the frustration at everything posted, but...here goes.... 1) I believe that if kids/teens are hanging out at home or at a neighbor's practicing, playing basketball, talking, singing at the top of their lungs, dancing, etc...it should be looked at as a 'good thing'. It's very rough out there in the 'real world' and alot of kids/teens have no where to go to hang out, no parents at home to turn too, and no place to vent.
