Hey CC I had my first dental appointment this morning but they called and canceled it.. I thought it was really nice of them to call me at 7am to cancel and save me a trip down here. Their office is closed today, so she said she would call me tomorrow with an appointment. I am so glad the ycalled I was dreading that drive not knowing what was what.

I read in another topic that it was fine I have the scanner on now, and it sure is quite.. they are not giving any info on roads so far

well my dentist called and cancled the appointment it is in Austell.. next to cobb hospital. I have the scanner on this morning, and it is so quite compared to yesterday..

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. -- Rising floodwaters shut down three interstates in metro Atlanta for the Tuesday morning rush hour. I-20 in Douglas County, I-575 in Cherokee County and I-285 at the Fulton-Cobb County line were all closed in both directions. The news just said that there was 100's of metro atlanta roads closed, they are giving list of the roads that are closed on the news. but the only one I caught was I285 was shut down, you have to take south cobb drive. I have not heard anything about paulding roads yet.

The light at lost mountain was out yesterday evening, unless they got it fixed last night. I have got to go Dallas hwy to east west conn. to cobb hospital so I am thinking that route will be ok.. it was last night.
