The Paulding County School District will be closed for students on Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Staff should report two hours after their normal start time. While many of the main roadways are clear of ice, many secondary and subdivision streets remain icy and dangerous for travel. As temperatures are forecasted to dip below freezing again tonight, we anticipate those surfaces to refreeze, making it dangerous for our school buses and young, inexperienced drivers.

We are working with the Paulding County Sheriff's Office to assess the roads around the county. When I have an update, I will post it here. Please keep an eye on our website as well. We hope to have an update sometime later this evening. I really do not thin the sheriffs department will OK these roads.... to many still covered ice, and whatever melts today will refreeze tonight. I will be surprised if they ok the roads.

I have never had a flu shot or a pneumonia shot... and i never get sick (knock on wood) my husband had the flu shot every year up until 2 years ago it made him so sick and he still had the flu. since then he has not had the flu shot. and he has not had the flu for he last 2 years.
