  1. Well, some of us would like to wait for real facts to come out before going off the deep end.

This could be legit, or a political hit. I doubt we know yet.

So forgive me if I wait a bit before crucifying the man.

President Birther should have due process? The MAGAt that wanted to crucify the Central Park 5 without due process even after they were cleared? The POS that wanted to "lock her up" even though she testified for 11 hours before Congress and he won't step inside a confessional booth because his lawyers know he is a "trucking liar"?

  2. More proof that Dems are leaving the party is a lie. It's the CONs that are abandoning the Republicons.

“All of these horrible trends that you see under Trump, they will be solidified as a core part of the Republican identity,” Boot lamented. “That’s why I think it is essential that the Republicans pay a price at the ballot box for what they are doing. And that’s why I’m urging as somebody who is a life-long Republican never voted for a Democrat before I voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016; having said all that I’m urging everybody to vote straight ticket Democratic in November because I think it’s imperative to get some checks and balances.”

  3.

I like Ben Sasse. He's right but being a 'reality-show, soap-opera presidency' isn't illegal and many of the policies being implemented by this 'reality-show, soap-opera presidency' are pretty darn good.

If the "community organizer" President had done half of what the "bankruptcy" President has done and been affiliated with half of the of now convicted felons, conservaturds would be losing their sheeze.

Clinton lied about a BJ and the right screamed about restoring honor to the Office. No one on the right called for a halt to Starr's investigation of Lewinsky's service at the pleasure of the President. But trump can sleep with anyone but his own wife.

Now another one bites the dust as Manafort warms up his singing voice.

  4. Nope. You used to hang out with two other ladies from P'Com, and many others know your real identity. I met you once in my office and I know your real name. I won't spill the beans about who you are, but your statement above is curiously untrue.

What is the fixation with identity by conservaturds? What does her identity have to do with anything? I have seen pictures and your name on your website, so what?

FYI, the website could use updating.

  5. I have a visual of you and others sitting around a table drinking coffee and talking about p.com and all these conspiracy theory’s that you cook up. You know what that’s called? Thats called a gossipy, old women coffee clutch. So from now on I will call you Aunt Mary.

I will say this once so maybe you can follow, I have never, ever shared my identity with anyone nor has anyone shared their identity with me. If it floats your boat to throw this type of crap into a thread when you are called out for being wrong please feel free but understand this, you are fooling no one with this type of bs.

No one. But, please continue to look like a horses butt. It does give me a few giggles.

I think GD should stop with this nonsense. If he chooses to continue, GD should distribute his own identity via email if he doesn't want to look like the obvious hypocrite he is.

  6. None of those would change our system to something other than a democracy or republic.

    The FBI deserves criticism.

Wouldn't complaining about journalists be allowable under the 1st amendment?

Just to be clear, my opinion of Trump hasn't changed much since 2016. I still think he's a pompous ignorant ass. However, what has changed is my opinion of his policies. I expected him to push more liberal policies and I'm thankful he largely hasn't.

I think he had a lot of voters fooled and many of them have buyers' remorse. 2020 will be a problem for Trump if the Russians don't secure a hack for voting machines in toss-up states.

  7. Now I know why you're so stupid. It's the crap you read and believe.

Look who's hurling insults and hatred. Just can't help yourself can you?

Until there is concrete evidence he is a threat to national security (there isn't at this point), yes.

There is concrete evidence of obstruction. I guess in your world- where there is smoke, there's a bubble bath.

So in short you are willing to gloss over the actions of a president that is clearly a threat to national security for the sake of the conservative agenda.

  8.

You are not concerned with gun violence,

you are only concerned with playing politics.

    8)

Politics is the reason you keep trying to divert attention and hijack topics. You aren't serious because you don't create your own thread and offer solutions.    #baghdadbetty

  9.

No, I am saying that gun violence is not being committed by the NRA or it's members.

I'm also saying that this topic is purely political.

    8)

So you're saying people from the cities you listed aren't NRA members?

  10. Someone kills people with a knife, someone kills people with a car, someone kill people with a bomb, someone kills people with a plane, it's the killer's fault.

Why is it the fault of an inanimate object when someone kills people with a gun? Seriously, why?

The size of a knife you are legally able to carry in public is restricted. Bombs have restrictions. Cars aren't made for the purpose of killing but they have restrictions. Guns are anti-personal weapons. There should be common sense restrictions on them as much as there are on knives and bombs.

Gun violence and Chicago are certainly synonymous...

    Gun violence and St. Louis...

    Gun violence and Baltimore...

I'm starting to notice a trend here.

    8)

Are you saying that gun violence is cultural and there are people who are inherently violent? Or are there socioeconomic and other contributing factors?

  11. Yet again you demonstrate the left's lack of logic and common sense.

Chicago already has some of the toughest gun laws in the nation along with the highest instances of shootings.

The answer is not to get tough on guns, it's to get tough on criminals. Until our government addresses the venues for violent crime, that being the inner cities an welfare culture; it won't get much better. It's the people behind the guns who are the problem.

And what caused the people behind the guns to become a problem? The problem doesn't start with them. They don't manufacture guns or bullets. They don't own retail shops.

  12.

Yeah, because your partisan politics is more important to you than people dying is.

If y'all were legitimately concerned you'd start a topic about it. Is dying not deserving of it's own topic? Or is it just your way of distracting from the topic at hand because it is a topic that is damaging to your partisan politics?

In reality, your interest in gun violence is as disingenuous as you are. If you really cared you'd be interested in common sense reforms to existing gun laws to close legal gaps.

  13. Shot across the bow of Agent Orange?

"These charges are a reminder that this is a nation of laws and that everybody stands equal before the bar of justice," said Geoffrey Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, at a press briefing. "Congressman Collins, who by virtue of his office helps to write the laws of this nation, acted as if the law didn't apply to him. The charges today demonstrate once again that no matter what the crime or who committed it, we stand committed in the pursuit of justice without fear or favor."

  14. Thoughts and prayers are with the NRA. But they don't need them. Their Russian membership dues will keep them going.

Even before the fight with New York, the NRA was struggling financially, reporting a $45 million budget deficit in 2016 tax documents.

The NRA is also at the center of an FBI investigation into an accused Russian spy's efforts to influence American politics.

And yet the NRA appears to remain at the peak of its powers, able to mobilize its millions of members to support state and federal political candidates who share its gun-rights agenda. It spent heavily on President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign, and now has an avowed supporter in the White House.

  15. Who ? Was it me?

No but you aren't above mentioning Obama or the "previous administration" 47Xs when it suits you. So I guess no one is immune. You don't post as frequently overall so percentage wise that puts you on par.

mrshoward has about 100 so she is on par as well since she usually just posts a single sentence and or a link.

You point out Trumps deflection but try to counter it with a false equivalency.

  16. I guesstimated.... If you approve that as your official number, by all means Im willing to run

    with it.

Keep a count folks. You (each) can mention Obama 469 times before being labeled a hypocrite.

    - Jamie

Considering Guard Dad has mentioned Obama 205Xs in about a 1/4 of the time, it looks like he's well on his way to doubling my number. I guess he qualifies under your criteria as a hypocrite.

How many times has your President and his administration mentioned the previous administration? In the last 551 days he has tweeted about Obama 129Xs Hillary 139Xs Obamacare 73Xs and that is just on twitter. I guess that makes Trumplethinskin a hypocrite and a troll since his tweets are set to surpass my numbers as well.
