I guess it depends on how much tv you watch if its worth it or not. We have it and get 26 channels problem is most of them dont come in easily. We have to spend hours adjusting the atenna to get each channel. If you have patience and time go for it. Depending on where you live (trees/middle of no where) will determine how many channels you get. With the rabbit ears we could get just about all the local channels and some had a little bit of fuzz. With the digital box if it cant get a picture crystal clear it wont put it through at all. We get 2 abcs but only one usually works, 2 fox, tbs, 69, 3

you all are so funny another funny thing....when I was a child I couldnt care less about the cards now as an adult I get all mushy when I read cards Ive defenitly learned to appreciate more now.

when you are a child you start counting down for certain occasions but as an adult you try to put the blinders on to these same things. For instance....I remember as a child getting so excited about my bday that I started counting the days months prior but as an adult my kids just told me yesterday that my bday is in a few weeks. I didnt even know!

If she can roll over then Im assuming she can hold her head up easily? I think the big fear is them suffocating but once they can roll usually they can turn their heads. Just make sure no blankets/toys/stuffed animals in the crib and just keep rolling her on her back. Not a lot you can do other then that.

my poor hubby seems to work every occasion (bdays/holidays/awards/games) so it is neat to kind of make him a part of things even if he isnt there. Today he got several pics of the baby in the pool I also agree with the listening to other ppls conversations. It drives me crazy. It also seems like the conversations that are the loudest are the most personal oh i wish mine was that way. sometimes it can be a day before my dh gets to reply to my text and by then ive already forgot what I sent him. lol

so what are some good/bad things about texting with your particular provider.... I love that with verizon I can send pics and videos. I also love that when texting to other verizon ppl it doesnt limit the amount of characters and I love that its unlimited I dont like that you have to go back to messages to see the last thing that was said (if someone replies back a while after i sent my text I have to go back and read what I said origianally, lol I have a short attention span and it isnt like im's where it shows whole conversations). lol that is too funny. Its always dangerous when the kids have ammo against us I have to admit I have some quirks/issues but foam is not one of them. Good luck im sure it is just the beginning of the torture they have in store for you

fool would be a good way to refer to me when it comes to texting. lol When my daughter first showed me word I just laughed at her and said yea right. lol but it really wasnt too bad to get. Only problem is sometimes in the beginning when I tried to type .... I dont....it came out....I foot if you tell me you are with verizon you may just be my new bff. lol It is sometimes hard texting outside my provider bc every text I send I get a text from verizon explaining how texts are seen to non verizon phones. That sucks.

come on now, i dont solicit via texts. lol. I only text where im wanted woo hoo! Are you still with the same provider you were before? Im just curious I can text any carrier lol it would be a blast! oh dang we may have to exchange numbers Im always up for a new texting buddy.

thats funny! I just use 'word' its so much faster. I agree that its not fastest way to communicate but depending on your lifestyle/job sometimes easier is better then faster. Plus isnt it better to see naked body parts then talking about them I know but we need to get you there

I think that is kind of what got me started on texting. I would talk to my dh and off went the sirens and he'd hang up, I just text and know when he isnt busy he will respond back. Between talking to other verizon ppl for free, 10 friends and family and unlimited texting we hardly use any minutes at all.

I used to be that way but once I got over the 'pecking' stage it is so easy/fast. Between the 4 kids and crocheting it is very difficult to have a conversation so this way I can communicate when its convienent and also not have to yell at my kids to leave me alone while im on the phone...or worse have my kids eavesdrop and ask questions about everything being said. Ive ruined half their day now.

So weve done a facebook, myspace, twitter topic but Im curious how many text more then talk? I do It has become so much easier to text then talk I barely ever use cell minutes. I love texting pics/videos to my hubby of things he may be missing while at work, just love it. I am no where near as bad as my teen daughter but im getting close
