We were also having trouble. We spray our yard where the dog stays and put down a bag of stuff, we get from Home Depot, that seems to be working. As for the dog that was covered in fleas before the treatment of the yard. We gave him a bath with Dawn, gave him a Capstar pill(get from vet, starts killing all fleas within 30 mins. $10), then after he is dry gave him Advantage, seems to be doing the trick. Oh yea, we also used a flea bomb for the garage where he sleeps at night.

Because of the circumstances we might be able to refill the pool according to our homeowners insurance. A new liner can not be put back into the pool without water going in it. Once we were able to look at the pool in daylight hours, we noticed that the car actually hit the pool wall thus denting the wall. We have had one estimate for all of the damage to both the pool and fence and the sum is $15,000 but that will go higher depending on what is found when the water is removed.
