Levi!!!!! :wub: I have not seen Levi since he was in elementary school. I am so happy to see how he is thriving. He still has that same, sweet smile and beautiful spirit. Thanks so much Coach Hamilton and thanks to the OP for sharing this story. Now, Marianne is the epitome of what a mother should be! Go Levi, go! I don't understand, how can a mother leave her children with that kind of monster? The story just keeps getting sadder. Mothers are supposed to protect their kids.

I understand the point. I hope your right about them growing up to be just fine. Like you stated, it is a very different generation. I have two teens and I lie awake at night hoping against hope that they make it through unscathed. Actually it more than keeps me up at night, there are times that I am panic stricken and I have to get a grip. Easier said than done sometimes.

I could not agree more. I had a long, typed out response to that reply but I didn't hit send. I'm proud of myself because it didn't show even half of the tact that you displayed. Most kids are doing the very best that they can, I believe that with all of my heart.

So very sad, my heart breaks for what this child must have endured in his short life. The piece of human excrement who did this deserves to pay, with his life. Wont change anything, but there would be one less piece of garbage in this world. There's far too much abuse going on today, breaks my heart into a million pieces.
