Clark Funeral Home Posted December 28, 2009 Report Share Posted December 28, 2009 Pete Renfroe, age 83, of Dallas, GA, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2009. A native of Paulding County, he was born September 20, 1926, and was preceded in death by his parents, Jess & Claudie Renfroe; wife, Beatrice Renfroe; and son, Anthony (Tony) Selvyn Renfroe. Mr. Renfroe worked for Paulding County for 15 years as a security guard at the landfill. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons & daughter-in-law, Melvin Keith Renfroe of Dallas, Myrle Lee Renfroe of Rockmart, and James Chris Renfroe & wife, Melanie of Dallas; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 30, 2009, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Sam Shipp and Reverend Donald Voyles officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, with James Buford, Tim Smith, James Wright, Ricky Dudley and Phil Chupp serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Clark Funeral Home, Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
