Here at Rodney’s we only use USDA Certified Choice Black Angus Rib Loins. We age them to a tender perfection and hand cut each steak fresh daily. No matter what the price we sell them for you will never find a steak at Rodney’s that is not the highest quality and, remember, I am always on site when the truck arrives and personally inspect each loin.
