Kids witnessed him also, from the bus this morning. OMG!! They just said it is the same guy from this morning. OK. If I am getting this correctly, the bus driver who called from the bus barn this morning, had children on her bus when they passed by this guys house, and he exposed himself to them. She called and made the first report this morning. Now, the kids have come home from school this afternoon and told the parents about it. I don't think she would have made a report if there was even a question about whether or not he did it on purpose. I use to work for Cobb Parks and Rec and we had this problem with pervs coming in the parks exposing themselves, OR one real creep kept coming in at night, taking polaroids of his 'stuff' and leaving it on the chain link fences for people to see!
