We were told, "This is the way it's always been done." NO MORE! We are on the cusp of a tectonic shift. The APA has taken notice but more signatures are needed! There are forces working counter to the petition that don't want to see it succeed. Don't let the voices of the naysayers win. There are naysayers? Yes!! They have a vested interest in seeing the status quo continue as it has for the last 30 years. Only your voice will end this form of child abuse that the unscrupulous and unethical use to exploit children. Including many morally bankrupt "professionals" right here in Paulding County

Some estimates say that as many as 21 parents are silenced forever daily. Many say that is due to a corrupt system of family law in our juvenile, circuit and superior courts. There are those here on PCom that will say that is a choice made by the silenced parent. But who is ever in their right mind when making such a choice? Over the years, how many parents have been lost, #OnBeaversWatch? Are some corrupt family law professionals taking advantage of families' misfortunes for personal financial gain at the expense of children? Can judges do more to prevent this? Do judges do more to incite t

Another tragic shooting. High conflict custody hearings usually occur at or near the end of the day. It's reported that this was a custody hearing and subsequent shooting occurred before 6pm. I've just said this a few days ago and I'm going to say it again, far too often, legal professionals fuel conflict pitting parents against each other creating adversarial divorces for their own financial gain. Then when tragedy strikes the legal professionals walk away as if they don't have blood on their hands. This has to stop and I will continue to advocate against the "cash for conflict" court cul

If you thought family lawyers supported gay marriage because they have respect for "gay" love, you were wrong. It was just another opportunity for lawyers to suck the life out of children in the best interests of lawyers getting paid.

Thanks to Nick Lulli and Fox 54 Augusta for restoring dignity and integrity to investigative reporting. For those of us who grew up with real investigative reporting, seeing it in it's former glory is refreshing. There is a whole generation that has grown up never having seen reporting such as this because it has been shunned in lieu of ratings and infotainment. Looking forward to a great year from them again and Wesley Brown at The Augusta Chronicle. P.S. Thank you too Pubby for providing a medium for alternative news in Paulding.

Nick Lulli is doing outstanding work on troubled family law cases involving legal professionals of interest. In this instance, as is often the case, these things are not taken seriously until a child is seriously injured if not killed. Notice how no one has any comment to offer or can't be reached? Typical. They'll be singing the tune of "unfortunate tragedy" should misfortune come to pass. With no accountability for any of them.

In the old courthouse in Newnan at 10AM. If you are in favor of cleaning up the courts in GA please try to attend. We are meeting in the Old Square, Downtown Newnan. The Father is trying to move jurisdiction of the Free Jack and Thomas Case to the US Virgin Islands where the mother does not have legal representation and cannot fight. Things are really heating up in Coweta County. Right now, Coweta County and Augusta are the epicenters for the fight to reform our "troubled" court system. If you would like to see Paulding at the forefront instead of trailing behind, please show up tomorrow

Halle Berry want's accountability for the child support she pays to her daughter's father. She pays $16,000/mo. and wants it reduced to $3,000/mo. because her daughter's dad is able bodied yet she claims he is living off of her. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of pro athletes that are interested in the outcome of this case. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=L7h2ql0Fp-E

It's tragic when courts allow and enable siblings to be ripped apart. Is this in the best interest of children? Adversarial roles between parents is definitely in the best interests of making money for lawyers. #YouAreNotAlone #ThereAreOthers #FindThem #WorkTogether https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZUrJZCNJkg

The parenting time that Monica Peters received is similar to what Judge Beavers gave me. Every other weekend, no holidays, no school breaks. "My daughter" has yet to comply with any visitation despite the fact I was ordered to pay $719 per month for my daughter based on the opposing attorney's calculations. I have seen her may be 5 times in the last 2 years and she lives within 10 minutes of me and the school she attends is in my district. I have seen her 0 times in the last 6 months since Judge Beavers Order was signed (it is under appeal). I receive no help with our college freshman's tuiti

This is the guy who initiated the Connecticut Task Force. He has spent over $300,000 in legal fees and he is still obstructed from seeing his kids without justification. Connecticut is the epicenter for family law corruption reform. It will be too late for me but change is coming. Future generations will not fall victim to corruption, greed and Title IV-D misdeeds. PS- If you ever wondered where deadbeat parents are created, look no further than family law. There are bad parents but the majority are not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=UU8LGLUBrIwnrmYL8Na0jsZw&v=ou12caQVUd4
