An Adult Swim 30-minute live-action comedy set in Compton California where a man purporting to be Jesus, back after 2014 years, seeks to bring a community together by assuming the mantle of the savior is getting blowback from religious groups. The show challenges boundaries and while it is certainly within the realm of the first amendment, is getting reactions from fundamentalist Christians.
