Vote No to Georgia Constitutional Amendment!
DomesticViolenceByProxy posted a topic in RECENT TOPICS
Georgia should VOTE NO to any ballot measure that seeks a state constitutional amendment to abolish Georgia's JQC! I am by no means happy with what the state legislature is doing. I firmly believe the JQC is inadequate, however the proposed state constitutional amendment to abolish the JQC would only result in heightened concealment of judicial misconduct.- 1 reply

Can't get a contempt order with "teeth" for visitation violations? Have you read the fine print? The jokes on me and may be you, too. If your court order assigns one parent "final decision making authority", where the parties don't agree, and you aren't the decision maker, you have an order written on toilet paper. The "decider" has broad decision making authority and anything in that order is subject to the whim of the "decider". This includes your visitation or anything else written in the terms of the custodial agreement. The racket is now in play. This nullity of your state's family law

The Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County called out a Judge for attempting to hold her in contempt for not following an improper order. The judge emailed the order to her and it was rejected as spam so she never received it. Regardless of this the Order was still improper. Judges in Georgia have simply run amok, abuse discretion, abuse process and abuse power. There is no way to put it but they are finally getting push back since the JQC is toothless. https://www.scribd.com/doc/267802974/AUGUSTA-Judicial-Misconduct-Affidavit-of-Cindy-Mason

This has been a fantastic week. So many exciting things with everyone over at proadvocateradio.com and now this ruling. SO HUGE!!!! For any Georgian who has been victimized by by a judge attempting to use a protective order as a gag order, this ruling is for you. Abuse of discretion runs rampant and so often the appellate courts just rubber stamp it. Not this time. Hats off to the Supreme Court and Justice Blackwell for a job well done.

If you think this kind of thing is only happening in Augusta, you're not paying attention. WFXG Augusta Fox54's Nick Lulli continues to investigate the Augusta circuit family court system. Last June, Judge Craig's "misinterpretation" of Georgia law against a Columbia County mom was overturned by the state appeals court. An EXTREMELY rare occurrence considering the appellate courts usually rubber stamp the lower courts. Now there seems to be an issue of "ex parte communication"? Watch Tuesday at 10PM. http://www.wfxg.com/story/28164261/tuesday-at-10-judge-craigs-secret-plan

#FindTheOthers: What the opposing attorney is doing to you, they are doing to someone else. To expose the patterns of misconduct, find who else your opposing attorney is partnered with in abuse. Find the other attorneys that coach parental alienation and you will find more parents for the cause. Find the judges who allow it. Courts are not naive and often facilitate this brand of profiteering off the backs of children. Let the judges' legacies reflect what they have allowed to continue while feigning ignorance. Lawyers are lazy and the patterns of misconduct are present. They find a cookie

If fatherlessness in America is such a problem why do courts remove loving fathers from the lives of children? If it were up to some courts [none specifically mentioned], Mrs. Doubtfire would have been spun into a movie about a father trying to harass the mother or win her back. Not about a father trying to remain relevant and active in his children's lives.

Live stream from Fox 54 at 10PM. What did the judges know and when did they know it? Did superior court judges know that Magistrate Judge and Guardian Ad Litem, Doug Nelson, was propositioning women during their child custody hearings? Did the judges know about this when they continued to appoint Doug Nelson as GAL? Did a mother have to spend 10 days in jail for speaking out? BREAKING NEWS: #Augusta @WFXGFox54 @nicklulli Streaming live starting 10pm http://www.wfxg.com/category/235953/wfxg-live …

My Advocate Center is one of the better advocacy groups we work with locally and nationally. If you have or know of a "troubled" family law case here in Paulding, Cobb or elsewhere in Georgia, you can contact them or PM me. Family law is a private matter, however, if we don't bring troubled cases into the court of public opinion abuse of the system by so called "legal professionals" will continue under cover of secrecy and darkness. Have you experienced something in Family Court that did not make any sense? Is your family in worse shape after litigation, or after dealings with certa
