When the label "psychopath" comes to mind, most people think of the movie versions like Michael Myers, Jason or Norman Bates. In actuality, most psychopaths are not violent. Estimates range from 5-20% of the world's population are psychopaths. Of that number only 5% are incarcerated. Of the remaining 95%, odds are you know at least 1 psychopath who may even be your neighbor. The article below is a good read.

This is so accurate it should be taught in high school. This is one of the reasons why marriage is going to be a thing of the past along with two parent households. The greed, corruption, collusion, racketeering and profiteering that goes on in family court has eroded the moral fabric of society. The numbers may be distorted by gender due to men being incarcerated before being diagnosed "borderline" or being misdiagnosed bi-polar. The article is nonetheless insightful if you are having to cope with such a person.
