  1. Thanks for the honesty Tabby. Somedays we do have bad days, because we have no restaraunt experience. I will try to contain myself when it comes to comradery. Sorry you had a bad experience.
  2. Thanks SCJR, I and Sam have never owned a resteraunt brfore so we are a work in progress so to speak. I do know that quality and consistency is very important, but we did run out of the sliced and had to improvise with the pulled. I will do my best to make sure this does not happen again. The warm lights we added may not be what we need, so we will probably be better off to drop the yuca when ordered and the plantain. This will slow up the serve time, but it will be better quality. If in the future you do not find the quality to be to your liking I will fix it immediatley. Thanks
  3. I am fixing the coconut rice as we speak, more flavor coming. The cookerswe are using are very different from the one we use at the house. I have made three batches today to get the right flavor. I have instructed my staff to use more filing in the empanadas also. Thank you for the constructive advice. We do listen and do our best.
  4. Hi This Is Yami, I am the owner of the new restaurant "Cuban Deligths". First of all, I want to thank EVERYBODY for posting such wonderful things about our little place. We are so glad that all of you like our food. That is a blessing for me and my family. That nice guy that all of you are talking about is.. my husband.. His name is Sam, and he is from Florida, so he knows what cuban food is all about. I am from from Venezuela, and a legal citizen. My carribeaan origins and Sam's history makes us a good cooking team.   5. Thanks for the good comments for Cuban Delights. We hope to be here awhile. Our billboard will go up April 1st over Antique Mall. I feel our chances of success are good in that we have no competition for our menu in this area. We are new to this, and will expand on the menu when we get a good system in place. Today we received a shipment of soursop for those seeking. I hope to meet everyone soon. God bless
