    Yup. Just like they all do. Why is there no outrage over every other celeb that the late night talk show host make jokes about? I saw no one come to Parris Hiltons side, what about Miley Cirus? The Detroit Lions? Bush? Obama? It is part of being in the lime light. There is an easy way to avoid it if you don't like it. You put yourself out there you know this is going to happen - there is a price for fame, no matter who your mommy is. ;)

    Congrats!!!!!!!! I know that feeling all to well. I am a Marine wife. Have been for 27 years. I hope he don't get transferred away from you and your family. Keep us posted. :)

     

    UPDATE

    He gets to keep his orders..Worst thing that can happen he goes to a different squadron at the same base!!! So good news :yahoo:

    Exactly what I was thinking. I am curious about the answers though because I may need to go into bifocal contacts soon.

     

     

    I got bifocal glasses not that long ago and love them..Waiting till my insurance will pay again and then I will get the contacts next year.

    so, are you pissed at banks, or credit unions? :huh:

     

     

    MY POINT..Now they are all the same :rolleyes:

     

    You get it back when you close we did. Its to make sure you go through with the loan because of all the paperwork involved.

     

     

    Well that is good to know..BUT they still won't get my business....I may even move MOST of my money out of the account...All I need to keep in it is 5 bucks if I remember right :lol:

    Neither has the past few (Presidents).....

    (I think Clinton was the last one that had a surplus)

     

    Bush spent like crazy and the funny part is that Obama is spending like crzy too.

     

    I think taxing alcohol more would do better then cigs.

     

     

    Yeah and at least alcohol is good for you..Remember boys 2 drinks a day and ladies one drink a day..Good for your heart :D

    I wonder how many 'good customers' they've gone done the pre-approval process with only to have the customer not go through with the loan?

     

    Each pre-approval costs the banks $$$, including some fixed costs. They probably only want to deal with serious buyers.

     

    To even look at a house you need one..Not to mention you need to know how much the bank is going to lend you.

    The lending/purchasing of property have definitely changed. I have a feeling this is going to become the norm very soon. :(

     

    What kills me is they are only good for 30-60 days depending on which bank you ask..and I'm not even sure I am going to buy a house..Just wanted to have one in hand before I go out of state to look..I know banks nickel and dime you to death..but now the credit unions are doing the same :rolleyes: HMMM I just remembered USAA..Think I will give them a call.

    wow, I thought your banks (if you are a good customer) gave them to you for free

     

    I have never had to pay for one

     

    Me either..Glad my other credit union said it was still free..And wow imagine that the Largest Credit Union in the world..Is going to charge me :rolleyes:

    It's starting..I just called my Credit Union up for a Pre Approval so I can start house hunting and they wanted 250 BUCKS!!!!! Guess they lost my business @@ :lol:
