I know there are lots of you that understand this kind of thing, though it is a good one to have in the long run. In tops, I went from a 3x/26 to large or extra large but depends so much on the cut of the shirt. Pants, still depends on the brand. Swimming in some 18's but haven't tried the smaller size because by the time I get to the pants section, hard to find sizes that are right brand. Most likely am a 16 right now. Hubby went from 52 pants to 40 this weekend. So proud of him, but he is losing at such a faster pace he can't get by 2 weeks without new stuff getting too baggy 2 wear. He

At the suggestion of others I am starting this thread again under another title. Thought I would repost with the link to the other so anyone can read the replies already given since I don't know how to merge or move a post (po po moderators, feel free to do that) http://paulding.com/forum/index.php?/topic/257544-weight-loss-issues/page__pid__3309107#entry3309107 I have a personal issue, really, not bookstore related so don't look for a funny hear really! My husband and I went on a great weight loss plan in June and it has worked so well that now we have a clothing issue. Hubby

I appreciate that I will try that and yes, I will bring the calendar back. I think it will be easier for me that way, it seems it is missed now that the calendar is not there. Thanks, Susan I have donated a lot already, but I think an exchange would be more practical then spending more money and the clothing now is waiting for me to figure out a way. thanks for the suggestion and good thoughts!

Thanks, it was sort of a joke, if you have been to our warehouse/trade in center, it is packed fuller than our store with boxes and boxes and boxes and boxes of books, music and other bookstore "stuff" but I am still thinking of what to do. Late post, let's see if there are any brainiacs out there that weigh in with other answers. Stay tuned for more great ideas

I am not sure when I have been upset, and actually so far have had great response to any that were response worthy. I generally don't expect responses for "bookstore" posts and don't think I have had but 2-3 personal posts in the three years I have been on. Just sayin' .....

But what if my pleasure is my business?

I feel another ID may be confusing for me, but may consider it in the future and I do appreciate your input about the advertising. While not trying to offend you, I doubt I will change much though and will hope that I don't annoy you too much in the future as it is not my intent, just trying to do the best I can to help my business along and find it works for me. Does it keep you from shopping with us? It is like one of those loud annoying car dealership commercials. Corny, stupid and annoying but if the dealership takes care of it's customers and gives great deals and service, you still wou

So sad I annoy you, I hope you are in the minority, but really, if I wrote ad the subject "Romance is 20% off" would you view it then? I have to be creative to stay ahead of the curve and if nothing else, the intention is amusement, not to be annoying. Please punish me anytime you are in the store buying books and supporting us While that is low cost, shipping is more than I am paying at the thrift store, per item and it takes me trying on 10 items to fine 2 or 4 I like but that is till a good answer for children's clothing.

I have a personal issue, really, not bookstore related so don't look for a funny hear really! My husband and I went on a great weight loss plan in June and it has worked so well that now we have a clothing issue. Hubby is down 92 lbs and I am down 55 lbs. We are over the moon happy with the plan and still have a ways to go but we keep buying clothes and 2 weeks later they don't fit. So I was thinking, cause ya'll know I think a lot and thought there needs to be a way to start a program of some sort of people that are going through the same thing we are and can exchange clothing. Almost

Thanks for posting that you miss it. My test is to see how many people notice it is gone. It takes work to do it and sometimes I am not sure if it makes a difference if we have it or not. Nice to know you were reading it:O) It most likely will be back. How many others actually opened it out there?

Are you a good cook? So good you should open a new restaurant on 278? We need good mom and pop place so badly so we have other choices then chain restaurants? Seriously p.commers, would you support a new place if you never heard of it? How long would it take for you to give a new place a try? You can't wait too long because new places have to start covering the bills to stay in business. How many times have you saw a new business you wanted to try and by the time you finally did, it was already closed? Just sayin' ...... if you know of a new business that opens up, stop as soon as you c

Can't share if I fired myself. I was trying to psyche myself into believing it was the change in weather but fever, swollen glands, headache and drippy nose tells me otherwise;o(
