When police officers are so easy to be manipulated into killing a person, who wants to be dead, it makes me wonder what else they are easily minipulated to do. Is that what happened when Josh Kuiper was able to talk police into not arresting him? Cop who responded to the crash said Kuiper was hammered. Why did he not receive a breath test? Why was he carried home, by the officers? The Georgia Tech student understood what the cop had to do, right, which is kill him?
