Citizens there won't know the law, CC, if Georgia's government wins their case against Public.Resource.org! http://ia601504.us.archive.org/1/items/gov.uscourts.gand.218354/gov.uscourts.gand.218354.1.0.pdf Pauilding county will have it's day. Speaking of the Georgia Open Records Act, the leglislaters have just made a law gthat protects themselves from having to comply with open records requests. The General Assembly Is Not Subject To Open Records Request's. In other words they passed a law to that effect.

And, you won't know. Believe it or not, it's conspired among the people in the business. Do you ever wonder how gasoline goes up all over town at the same time? Well, garbage is the same way. I recently called, here in Cherokee county, to tell my trash collecting service that I had just started paying more, a few months back, and now you are going up again. So, if you don't want me as a customer tell me now, because I want be paying the increase. Well before we stopped talking I not only retained my service, because they didn't want me to leave, but I went all the way back to the cha

You never lost it, G D! You just volunteered to give it up. -
Taking your own trash off is not even a good option in Paulding county. Bartow county doesn't try to rip their citizens off like Paulding does you guys. Bartow county charges nothing for its citizens to take household garbage to the dump. I don't know, but I'll bet trash collectors don't charge as much, either, because it would be so much cheaper to take their own trash off. Wake up Paulding county peeps! When I moved to Paulding county I carried my household trash to a dumpster stationed just off 61 Hwy. clost to its intersection with Marshal Fuller Rd. But, later the dumpster

It's not just cptlo, Pubby! I don't think we care, here in Georgia as a whole. The people who do care are talking to a sign board. Otherwise Georgia would not be the only state in America with a law suit against this man. He's not picking on Georgia. Oregon is far away from Georgia, and they did the same thing, until they backed out. -
Yes, E Z, that's right!

Right, because her outfit was not what I was most impressed with. I was impressed with what the three judges were impressed with, which was her expertise.
-
Your perception of things are almost "ALWAYS" wrong. I put the word almost in there, because I can't bring myself to lie as well as you do, E Z! Dogs have only a little comprehension Gd. And Glass Dogs have "none" (one of E Z's favorite words) at all!

Don't be threatening me with puppies, cptlo, because I just love my own puppy Yorkies to death. My favorite two of my four Yorkies look just like this picture. I don't take pictures much, so I borrowed this image. My two favorites are a mother daughter pair. -

Typical of a Compliance Citizen Of Georgia, cptlo! Can I come tickle your fancy? -
If you live in Georgia you are more likely to comply with rules and regulations than anywhere else in the United States. And you may not even know what you are complying with. Georgia doesn't want you to know your rights, NOT TO COMPLY, on occasion, for your own protection. Citizens of Georgia are ruled, and not represented. I find it difficult to educate myself on the rules and regulations, here in Georgia, because I am broke. I cannot afford to buy a transcript. In the late 1990's I used to could pull up the Georgia Code (O. C. G. A.) in it's entirety, but that possibility went away

Malisa is a smart woman, DR, as you can tell! Gross Old Perverts don't look at a woman's intelligence, and are likely to react like E Z, G D, G Dog!
-
She's damn sure got my vote, GD! I just don't live close enough to her.

Call Dustin, at 404 884-4688. Tell him where you live, and what equipment you might have for grass cutting. A truck, and a willingness to work, will help a great deal. Dustin is just starting out himself, but is a good negotiator to drum up business. Call him and tell him that Paw-Paw told you to call and discuss work in Paulding County, as Dustin lives in Cartersville.

I hope rehabilitation goes so well that Thad develops habits of real life changes. I know he needs to began plan that consists of exercising more than just his brilliant mind. Thad is way more intelligent than this old misspeller of words. And, I know he is going to be alright, when he gets his plan together. You go Thad!

May the Good Lord be with them both in the good times, like he has been in the bad times. I was so happy that Thad remembered sharing some wine with me once. Thank you, Lo, for all you've gone, in keeping us up to date about Thad and Malissa!

I got to hug Melissa, and Thad was not strong enough to punch me out, Lo!
