Taking your own trash off is not even a good option in Paulding county. Bartow county doesn't try to rip their citizens off like Paulding does you guys. Bartow county charges nothing for its citizens to take household garbage to the dump. If you live in Georgia you are more likely to comply with rules and regulations than anywhere else in the United States. And you may not even know what you are complying with. Georgia doesn't want you to know your rights, NOT TO COMPLY, on occasion, for your own protection. Citizens of Georgia are ruled, and not represented.
